I MADE IT TOO 220 BEFORE THE END ON JULY! My 1st personal mini goal ......Next Mini goal~ 215 by end of August
... and so I schedualed my reward of elecrolosis session 1hour for Tuesady ~ omg I cant wait! Gotta keep sweatin so by this time next year Im completly slick lol.

So I was in the docs late late last night because of abdominal pain :\ It seems that in going from 0 o calisthenics to ohhh tons of it, I injured myself. I am on LIGHT LIGHT "duty" for the next 4 days or so...basically until the "lump" in my lower abdomen goes away. meaning I can walk and that's basically about it. I can do a max of 10 crunches total if I like but lunges, squats, even push ups are out of the question :\ I guess doing those exercises actually uses the abdominal muscles more than doing actual crunches does or something because doing crunches flexes the muscles and doing stabilizing exercises lengthens them and works em harder or something idk..sounds wonky to me.

madamb - Im wondering if you are retaining water from your warrior dash yest, I know that when I even walk 20 mins I hold water. Id imagine doing something like that would make you retain too.
