Here are my starting stats although I'm not very good at measuring as I seem unable to find the same tape position each time!
Wt: 196
L Bicep: 34 (13 1/4")
Bust: 104 (41")
Waist: 97 (possibly 99 lol) (38-39")
Hips: 119 (47")
L thigh: 68 (26 3/4")
day 1/30 completed. Again I really struggled with the first cardio set (and this is actually day 10 for me so you'd think I'd improve). My legs won't do that second set of jacks and jumps though I can do them in the last cardio set. My arms also get too tired to do the anterior raises and I'm only using 1lb weights!
How was everyone else's first day?
