Julia - Thanks for the welcome from a fellow Canadian! Winnipeg is the place to be this morning as they announce the NHL team coming back!

I'm going to do my measurements today! I'm pretty excited to see them get smaller! I brought out my firming cream for my stomach - I lost 5 inches from my stomach last time I did 30 Day Shred!! And hopefully my size 16's will be hanging on my hips

Tomorrow girls!! Can't wait to suffer through the pain with you all!!

Hi everyone, I would love to join! I will not be starting 30DS until Saturday, June 4th though. I am a teacher and Friday is my last day of work until August, so I will be starting Saturday morning I will post my starting weight, and hopefully measurements if I can find my tape measure, on Friday. I look forward to shredding with ya'll in June!

So I might be terrible but I went ahead and started today. I figure that way, if I have to skip one day all month, I can still end on the 30th. If I don't have to use it, I'll just have an extra day under my belt. I'm calling it my "flex day" like Weight Watchers has their flex points... haha

Here are my starting stats although I'm not very good at measuring as I seem unable to find the same tape position each time!

Wt: 196
L Bicep: 34 (13 1/4")
Bust: 104 (41")
Waist: 97 (possibly 99 lol) (38-39")
Hips: 119 (47")
L thigh: 68 (26 3/4")

day 1/30 completed. Again I really struggled with the first cardio set (and this is actually day 10 for me so you'd think I'd improve). My legs won't do that second set of jacks and jumps though I can do them in the last cardio set. My arms also get too tired to do the anterior raises and I'm only using 1lb weights!

How was everyone else's first day?

Ouch! I am sore, sore, sore from doing it yesterday, but I'm going to push on through with it today. It hurts MUCH more when you wake up the next morning than directly afterward! haha

Day 1 completed! Or should I say 30DS D1?

This felt so much easier now than on Saturday! I didn't even have to stop, well except in the cardio sets I cheated a bit and occasionally walked just a few steps before continuing. I'm still doing the program in the beginner's level style, but noticed through out the exercise that I'm able to push lower as my body warmed up! Maybe it would be a good idea to do some extra warm-up before?



I took my stats also and I am so happy to say that there is plenty of progress since last autumn!

Wt: 111.5 kg (246)
L Bicep: 31 (12 1/4")
Bust: 129 (50 3/4")
Waist: 115 (45 1/4")
Hips: 140 (55")
L thigh: 70 (27 1/2")
