I am Here MM. Infact I thought I posted yesterday apologizing for not posting this weeks thread. I know that I wrote it.

Stress at work had me down, my blood sugar is still being weird again. and NOW Tommy is having trouble in school (not minding) but his teacher will not talk to me, only his grandmother. ERR. I wont see her again until next week.

But, I am maintaining the 4 pound loss from a couple weeks ago. Problem is, I still am having trouble getting to the gym. I am running 2 miles a day, but I feel like that isn't good enough compared to what I was doing. but I am still doing it!

I think I am going to head to a nutritionist to help figure out which food makes my blood sugar drops and spikes.

I know it sounds like whines, but I am in a good place. I know it took me a while to get to a good place workout wise, so I am starting there and working up. 2 miles isn't a bad run. but I do need to get in weights too!

I am glad you are in a good place, but a visit to the nutritionist sounds like a great idea! Gotta take care of you!

Sorry to hear Tommy is having a moment, perhaps his Grandmother should defer those conversations to his parents. Maybe the teacher just mentioned an isolated incident and grandma is making it a bigger deal than it needs be? Just a thought.

Maintaining is fab!

I ended up in the ER last weekend with food poisoning and still am a bit off, so trying to get back on track. Plan was to run last night, but did not leave work til after 7 so said screw it. Today is a new day. Have been faithful to the stairs at work though!

MM~Eww food poisoning is terrible.

I do think Nana may be making a bigger deal out of things. She does do things like that.

No workout tonight because Mak has a concert!

Nothing like waking up to the sun!

I have to head to the grocery store today. I need some new cooking ideas. I'm in a terrible rut right now. But I think I may make a chef salad tonight.

I'm so glad I am off work today. It was really a rough week!

W 80 oz
E 35 minutes
E 1400 cals
D keep moving.
