Happy to say DS and I are still going strong on the C25K program. Today we finish week 3.
Sad to say I have blown my strength goal for the month. It's been crazy busy here and I plan to work on it when time permits.

I'm having a pretty good long weekend so far hope I can keep it up with the workouts:D Didn't do strength yesterday TOM time again so I took the day off and went for a walk/jog instead.

Alright so I'm just updating my log I apparently can't count haha didn't workout yesterday but plan on one later today. TOM is still kicking my butt but I'm feeling better then yesterday :)

I've gotten in almost 4 miles friday/saturday!! whoo :D Think it's strength tonight I've taken a few days off of biggest loser dvd due to TOM so back at it tonight :D Kind of funny I'm at 385mins for Elliptical and 385mins for strength/cardio haha only 45 & 75 minutes to go to meet my goal I can totally do that in a week :carrot: Hope everyone is having a great weekend!
