PVT dcap reporting in, sarge - Yesterday morning, I walk/ran 35 minutes. Last night, 60 min aerobics/weights for a total of 90 min. Plus 5 MORE pullups!
For fitness Friday - family rock climbing to help get us all fit. AND - five more SOMETHING...

It sounds like we're gonna have some great numbers on pounds lost by all come Sunday.
Sarge is lacing up his running boots right now. The sun it out and there is a 10K on the horizon that I can't say Sarge is "excited" about, but is gonna run nonetheless.
REPORTING IN TO LET YOU KNOW I'M STILL ALIVE AND HUMPING MY BUTT-ER . . . LOTS OF H2O, VEGGIES, FRUITS AND GOOD PROTEINS . . . CAUGHT A FISH OUT OF THE STREAM THAT RUNS UNDER THE HOOCH, TRADED SOME BANANAS FOR APPLES AND RAIDED THE GARDEN TO MAKE SOME VEGGIE SOUP, GREEN BEANS, CORN, TOMATOES, ONIONS, CELERY, POTATOS AND SO MUCH MORE, ALSO MANAGED TO SNEAK SOME WILD RICE OUT OF THE KITCHEN WHEN I WAS PASSING THROUGH THERE AND MADE A WONDERFUL SOUP . . . STILL DOING 400 CRUNCHES ON THE DAYS I DON'T DO JM NO MORE TROUBLE ZONES, 1 ARM PUSH-UPS ARE BEING DONE WITHOUT A PILLOW NOW . . . GOING A BIT LOWER NOW, BUT STILL NOT QUITE ALL THE WAY DOWN, MAYBE BY SUNDAY . . .
I'VE READ THROUGH ALL THE POSTS AND IT LOOKS LIKE ALL THE RECRUITS ARE DOING WELL, RESISTING TEMPTATION, RUNNING IN THE RAIN AND BALLS TO THE WALL . . . (no offense resolute)
SO EVERYONE KEEP MELTIN' THAT BUTTER . . .
MISSING EVERYONE AND POSTING REGULARLY, BUT SOMETIMES LIFE'S MISSION GETS IN THE WAY . . . SIGNING OFF FOR NOW AND WILL BE CHECKING IN AGAIN ASAP.
Congrats VickieLou! Way to go beyond the call of duty! As I recall the platoon promised 40.3 lbs. for the week. Now we've only got 37.1 to go!
Cheshire--Thanks for your chatter this morning. I wasn't "feeling" my 10K today, under pace for personal best so I bagged time and went 7 miles instead because I read that in your plan for the day. So thanks for that!
pvt katy trail reporting for duty. going to get that butt-er off sir! good thing my name is trail, because that's where i'll be this week. and walking or running up my stairs at home all day.
Wow, I used the phrase "sending Will Power Dust Tsunami" last night to Dreamer and then we have the Japan news this morning. Kind of creepy. Aftermath to hit Hawaii and West Coast in about an hour. Sarge is gonna be way more selective in his choice of words today!
I think so sarge Seeing as I live on the west coast.....about an hr from the coast Every one of my friends overseas are iming me left and right worrying about me and the impending tsunami supposed to hit oregon (where I live). Anyway jsut checkign in with whole wheat bagel in hand...gonna lace up my sneakers in a min. I have errands today so I have to run early. Good luck to all on weigh ins in the next 2 days!!!

Pvt Sindaena reporting in. I did my leg workout in early AM and then took a nap, lol. Back up and at em, and my ankle seems ok, so planning to run later this evening. Looking forward to the weekend to catch up on lost sleep and rest days.
Pvt dreamer reporting in.....operation drowned rat day 3 was a bust. I didnt rain on my run it was cloudy and SUNNY! lolol . I walked for 45 mins with spurts of running intermittently. Eating my egg whiles now. Got errands to do. Oh and jsut for you sarge when I did my weights I added in 5 twists and 5 extra lunges ! hehe have fun platoon HIT THE GYM!
