I kind of blew it this last weekend and the number on the scale is high...I am hoping it's mostly water retention and that it goes after a couple of days. I will kick up my work outs this week in hopes to flush it out of my system (

I will post again later this week....for now, I am sticking with my last post of 202.6.

I haven't checked in for ages because I've been stuck at the same weight for weeks now but today I've started moving again! I won't be able to reach my goal which is a shame but I'm just happy to have broken the plateau at the moment. I think it would probably be more realistic if I lowered my goal to a 14 lb loss, which is still probably a bit of a stretch, but I think I'd rather have a reachable goal than an impossible one! So that makes my goal 126 instead of 120. Hope that's okay!
