Girls, I'm totally sucking on the exercise front! I tried to make myself get up extra early for a run this morning but couldn't pull it off. *sigh* I'll be working from home tomorrow for what is probably one last time so I will definitely go running tomorrow am and will shoot for both days this weekend to at least start the week off right. I have a treadmill but just haven't been jazzed about using it so my new goal is going to be to walk on it for 30 min/day if I can't get outside. I have to play mindgames and it very unintimidating or I won't do it at all. Doing okay on food so far today - yogurt, grapenuts and raspberries for breakfast, trout and salad for lunch, planning on salmon and veggies at a restaurant tonight before my niece's school play.
What are you guys up to? Anyone up for being my mileage buddy tomorrow? |
Me too Dance. I was gonna get out for a walk today, but had company and by the time they left it was almost dark and I needed to cook dinner. I really wish I had a treadmill but then I would feel guilty about not taking the dogs for a walk. I will be your mileage buddy for tomorrow, hopefully. I will have the boys for a while but will try to fit in at least 2 miles.
Vicky-I bet Maddie was adorable. Great job ebaying. I feel the same way, I should be so happy about losing almost 50 lbs, but I still have a long way to go. I have just been basically maintaining for a longtime and I am ready to get on with it. I know I would have given up a long time ago if I didnt have you girls telling me I can do it. Since I didnt get my walk in, I am gonna do a kettlebell workout tonight. Havent done one in months. Hope you both have a great night. |
Ok, confession time!!! I had a McRib for dinner, bad bad bad!!!!!!!!!!!! At least I got off my butt and did a workout today. I will be better tomorrow, I promise. Dance, I didnt get to walk today it was freezing and snowing so the 4 y/o was scared cos it was really windy so he wouldnt even go outside. I did do a kettlebell workout last night and did some yoga and strength training tonight.
Gonna go tomorrow and buy a new winter coat, got my down filled one out of the closet and it looks like someone moved out of it when I wear now, but it will be nice for walks on cold days. Dont care what I look like then. Have a great weekend ladies. |
burgundy - I know exactly what you mean about the coat - too funny! Curious to hear what you pick for your new one.
Yesterday I ended up walking with my bf instead of running but will definitely head out for a run once the electrician gets here at 9am. what are you guys up to today? eta - woohoo! got in my run early for a change today - I often stall and stall and run out of time. Doing good with food - B: cereal and strawberries L: brown rice, green curry, chicken and veggies Dinner I'm planning on lots of salad and a little thin crust pizza. Girls, I am back in the game! Hope all is well with you... |
We must all be in a slump - WE HAVE TO GET OUT OF IT!! I've been eating whatever I wanted, and I really have to stop since I still can't work out. I'm hoping the therapist releases me soon so I can get back to Jeff's workouts. I feel like such a bump on a log. I've gained 2 pounds thus far (not horrible, but I'm really not happy about it). Tomorrow is back on plan and I have to watch what I eat. no more Halloween candy!
I have Madeline's birthday party next weekend with 45 guests. That should be interesting. Gotta watch what I eat - I made sure there was salad! Tomorrow is cleaning day, so that will ahve me up and moving at least. Have a great weekend! |
chuck that candy out ASAP! :) I don't do well with temptations around, that's for sure, but you are a stronger woman than I am - 2lbs when you can't exercise is hardly anything - good for you! Good luck with cleaning day - don't hurt yourself!
|
It's actually kind of amazing - my back isn't in pain AT ALL. I figured I'd be hurting a lot more, but nothing. Guess I healed super fast. I'm able to pick Maddie up, bend and pick stuff up, etc. The therapist even has me doing squats, etc. Nothing they have thrown at me has made me sore, so I'm hoping to get back to the gym sooner rather than later. Just need to work on stretching the muscles in my back and legs each day - they've become tight since surgery.
I do need to throw the candy out - not like Maddie needs to eat it all. Doesn't help when at least 3 coworkers have the gigantic bags of candy which is 2 feet from my desk. Just don't know where my willpower went - gotta find it asap. |
maddiesmom - so glad you aren't in pain. how's the numbness? is it going away gradually? Bummer about all the candy at the office.
I took you and Burgundy's advice yesterday and stocked up on a bunch of healthy snacks/quick lunch on the fly stuff - hummus and baby carrots, celery and peanut butter, apples and string cheese, lots of fruit in general. Planning on a run later this afternoon - anyone up for some mileage? |
Dance-I ended up getting 2 coats yesterday. Got these---
http://oldnavy.gap.com/browse/produc...scid=789258042 http://www.burlingtoncoatfactory.com...rchedProduct=t Good job on the early run. I pushed myself and got out for 2 miles today. Vicky-I am getting over this slump right now. I did so much better today. Eating was good and exercised. Might pop in a dvd later for a workout. Yep, I agree with Dance, get rid of that candy. Im so happy you arent in pain. How is therapy going? Have the boys tomorrow, Thur, and Fri. Only 12 days til vacation. I'm ready to get out of cold MI. |
got in another run early this morning - that definitely works best for me. Thank goodness for the time change - now it's not quite so dark.
burgundy - love your new coats! thanks for posting the links - so fun to see what you got. And what a killer deal on the one at burlington - you are quite the shopper! doing well on food so far. B: yogurt, raspberries and grape-nuts, strawberries. L: string cheese, apple, almonds. Dinner will probably be leftover chicken and lamb kabobs and a big salad. Girls, my biggest issue is still late night eating - I do pretty well all day and then I'm starving at like 10pm. I'm going to knock myself out tonight with some benadryl I think and I'll try to have herbal tea or a popsicle instead of snacks. Anyone with me on a no-late-night-snacks campaign? :) |
Dance-I'm with you on the no late night snack thing. I always want to have a bite of something before bed. Its really bad when I am at the boys house cos I get bored after they go to bed. I put the 7 y/o in bed between 830-9 since he has school, then the 4 y/o stays up til about 930 so he doesnt disturb his brother(they share a room) and so he will sleep in for his mom in the morning. Then from 930 to 1130 I just sit there til their mom gets home and find myself wandering to the kitchen. I'm home tonight and tomorrow so I'm gonna stop eating after 8pm.
Now that I bought the winter coats, its been around 60 and havent gotten to wear them yet. I got a deal on both coats. The one at Old Navy was on $29. Today would have been my father in laws birthday so my husband and sis in law wanna go out for lunch. I am gonna stick to a salad. I have to get them out of the habit of everything having to be food related. I am bouncing between 187 and 189 lately and want that to stop. Seems like everytime we are going to AL I try to lose and end up maintaining or gaining. I might decorate for xmas a little bit today since we are leaving on the 19th and wont be back til December 5th. That way it will be done when we get home. Have a great day ladies. |
burgundy - wow, that will be a long trip for you guys - how fun! You'll have a chance to wear those coats out when you come back from your trip south I bet with how chilly it gets in MI, right?
Doing pretty well here - am going to run errands at lunch and pick up a tuna sandwich on the way. Plan for dinner is tillapia, green beans and salad I think. I'm walking with a friend after work so I'll get my exercise in then. How about you guys? |
Allison: Love the new coats. I ended up shopping on Saturday as well and got two coats. One for work (I have to wear suits, so need a nicer coat) and then a thicker casual coat since I'll be out in the snow with Madeline.
http://www.sears.com/shc/s/p_10153_1...&blockType=G24 http://www.landsend.com/pp/ChevronDo...07__0000001029 Dance: How is the transition going at work - I mean, having to go in everyday. Has that started yet? Wasn't sure. Do you find the planning helpful? Things with me exercise-wise are the same. I'm able to do squats, etc with my therapist, I'm just so BORED! I'm really wanting them to just release me to work out again. I miss the hard, make you sweat workouts I'm used to. (Geez...never thought I would say that!). Jeff makes it fun and I miss hanging out with him as well. Also - I am 2 days chocolate free! Not that I haven't been tempted, especially yesterday which was a super stressful day and TOM is here. Figured if I can get through this week without the chocolate (aside from a small piece of bday cake at Madeline's party), I'll be good to go. Tomorrow morning is my interview for the new postition in my dept - wish me luck! I meet with the VP of HR who is one tough broad. I know the hiring manager likes me, but I would be reporting to the VP a lot, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed. |
maddiesmom - love your new work coat! It's so hard to find an office friendly coat with some personality. And, yeah - I'm in the office everyday again - it's working out okay. I actually got up at 6 and went for a frosty darkish run in the park this morning so I'll see if I can keep that up a few times a week.
I finally got on the scale for the first time in weeks and not surprisingly after all my off plan deviations lately, I'm back up a few. I'm going to see if I can get it back together though and am focused on getting back to ticker by Thanksgiving. We'll see how that goes. Food is good so far - oatmeal for breakfast, sandwich for lunch, grapes and strawberries for snack. plan for dinner is eggplant, green beans, chicken and salad. Hope you guys are doing well... |
Made it through day 3 with no chocolate! I passed by that candy dish and saw coworkers eating it all day, but I didn't have one. Thank goodness! Getting easier to say no.
Dance: Sorry you are up a few - I got on the scale today and was completely depressed, higher than the other day. It is TOM so I'm hoping it's water weight. Glad you were able to get up and get your run in. I didn't do anything exercise-wise today. Gotta start going for walks at least. Had my interview today and it went well (I think). My boss, in the past week, has begun giving some of my work to another person and I'm thinking she's planning on me getting this new job. She talks with the VP of HR (the person I interviewed with), so maybe she knows something I don't. Hoping for good news. Not sure about you ladies, but I am ready to be done with this year. With all the bad stuff that's happened: 2 spine injections, 1 new MRI, 1 spine surgery as well as a nasty 2 weeks of bronchitis coupled with some stressful work weeks, I'm ready for a new year and a new start. I'm only 35 away from goal and I think 2011 is the time for me to get there. Looking on the bright side, there was a time where 35 seemed like such a huge amount of weight to lose, but with your ladies' help, it doesn't seem so impossible - especially after losing the first 80. Thank you both for still being here for me and helping me through the rough patches! |
Dance-it will be a long trip but we are taking a 3 days to go down so we can stop at different places and explore. I'll def. be able to wear the coats when I get back. Not looking forward to the snow.
Vicky-love the coats. Funny how we miss exercise, right? Congrats on 3 days chocolate free, you can keep that going. Glad your interview went well. Sounds like you have a shot at it. I think next year will be a good year for all of us. You are 35 from goal, Dance is 15 and I am 37. We can do it. So happy the three of us have stuck it out here together. Love you girls:hug: It looks like the scale is the same for all of us. Mine was up a couple this morning. Gonna eat on plan from today until we leave for AL. Gonna eat sensibly on the way down too. I have healthy snacks to take on the trip. I have the boys later today and all day tomorrow. Gonna get some walks in the next few days. I didnt get to yesterday. 186 needs to get here. I have a week before we leave so that gives me a chance to at least get back to ticker. Have a great day. |
Hey girls - I was down a pound yesterday so that's something. Didn't weigh myself today and also could NOT make myself go outside and run in the 20 degree weather :( I cleaned up like a madwoman though this morning before coming to work so maybe that burned off a few calories, running up and down the stairs.
What's everyone up to this weekend? |
Dance: Yea for 1 lb!!! I'm sure running up and down the stairs burned more than a few calories! I ran around like a mad woman last night scrubbing floors and cleaning up toys. Squats have to account for something right?
Allison: You have a week to get back to ticker and you can definitely do it! We're starting to all get back on track, so we can all do this! I kinda miss the family trips we used to take (IL to Oklahoma) to visit family. Don't do that as much now with Maddie and work and all. I really should find time. This weekend will be a busy one for me. I have physical therapy this afternoon, get out of work and then go get Maddie's birthday presents, wrap them. Then tonight I have to make her centerpieces for the tables, finish her goodie bags, and get all the supplies together for her party tomorrow. So, Maddie's party is tomorrow - gotta pick up the balloons, the cake and then drive the 45 minutes to the venue to set up. Party is from 12-4 with 40 guests. Sunday is going to be my relax day while I kick my hubby in the butt to finish our kitchen floor. Then I'll have thank you cards to do - fun times! I love watching the look of wonderment on Maddie's face so the work is completely worth it. Hope everyone has a fabulous Friday! |
Dance-Im sure you burned some calories running around.
Vicky-sounds like you have a busy weekend ahead of you. Happy Birthday to Maddie!!!! You are a great mom and she will have a blast. Cant wait to see some pics. I was down a lb this morning too Dance. I ate on plan yesterday and am doing the same today. 1 more lb to ticker weight. I'll have to do some of the same exercise I did yesterday. I walked a mile before I had to pick up the 4 y/o. Took him home and did some work with him in his preschool books. After dinner, I walked another mile and then played soccer with the boys for 20 minutes. They watched spongebob for a while then we all went downstairs and ran around for half an hour. Just gotta keep moving and it will start coming off again. I dont have to pick them up until 6 today, their grandma is home for the weekend so she has them til then. So that gives me a chance to get my to do list started before our trip. |
Hey girls! I'm not doing well on the exercise front this weekend but I'm struggling with a cold - just what I needed as I start a new job at work, *sigh*. I threw a surprise party for my sister's b-day yesterday - a 'Wigging Out' Party where everyone wore wigs - mine was a huge Amy Winehouse style one with a huge pouf on top and long side bangs. I'm thinking about getting side bangs at my next haircut - we'll see. What is everyone else up to?

Working from home today and keeping my cold germs out of the office. I got in a short walk (maybe 30 min total) to the dry cleaner and back at lunch just to stretch my legs. Can't wait for this cold to be over and get back into running !!
I haven't received the rest of the wig party pics from my mom but here's a quick one of me ;) |
Grrr, the scale just wants to hang onto 189 this week. I have to kick it into high gear and start burning more calories. Its been almost 2 years. I should be at goal by now.
Dance-love the wig. Hope you feel better tomorrow. |
Hey girls!
Went to the dr's this morning and was happy to see that my bp is nice and low at 110/70. It's always been on the low side but as I had gotten heavier it was creeping up higher. My cold is better but still not gone, unfortunately so probably no exercise for me today except maybe walking to lunch to a nearby panera. I'm planning on a 3 mile walk with some girlfriends on Thursday night after work and a run on Friday morning (or a walk/run) if my cold is pretty much gone by then. What's new with you? |
Dance: Love the pic of you in the wig! I love parties like that. Hope you get over your cold soon!
Allison: Don't be too hard on yourself, this whole "weight loss thing" takes time. What matters is that you are still doing it and not giving up. One pound at a time. Well, in my world, went to therapy and they kicked my butt yesterday. They had me doing lunges, which i haven't done in awhile, so of course I was horrible at them. They said I could go back to the gym in December - hoping that's true. I'm going back for therapy tomorrow and then I am giong to ARP with Jeff tomorrow night. HOping to get some feeling back in my leg/foot soon. And.....I GOT THE JOB! I haven't "officially" been told yet, but one of the managers let it slip, so at least I know. I'm supposed to find out by the end of the week, but it's still nice to know. Food for me has been horrible - I really need to get back to the gym. I know I'm up more than the 2 pounds I was before - starting to feel a little hopeless. I just really want to get back to the gym. Gotta get that willpower back again and start eating better. |
maddiesmom - woohoo! Congrats on getting the job! That's big stuff. I hear you completely on being off plan. I've been living on pineapple popsicles for the last few days - and we're not talking sugarfree ones!
Doing okay for food so far today - B: yogurt, grapenuts, berries, L: apple, chicken noodle soup, whole grain baguette, D: not sure yet but I think leftover chicken satay and green beans. |
At the risk of boring you guys to tears, I'm going to keep posting my food plan because it keeps me accountable ;)
No exercise today (still in cold-ville) besides walking to a restaurant at lunch. B: raspberries, grape-nuts, lf yogurt L: Salmon, veggies, 2 pieces of sourdough (oops!) D: chicken, green beans, leftover potstickers S: apple, tlc peanut bar Thanks to you girls I have my mini-fridge stocked with healthy yogurts, string cheese, peanut butter and fruit and a drawer full of teas, soups, soy nuts, tlc snack bars (yummy!). maddiesmom - any more news on the new gig or not till later this week? burgundy - you leave in a few days, right? Are you getting excited? |
Dance-good news on the blood pressure. Goes to show all your hard work is working. Good job stocking that fridge with all those healthy snacks. We dont mind you posting your food. We leave on Fri morning. Im ready to get outta here. Its been cold and rainy all week, so not great walking weather. Its gonna be in the high 60s and 70s there. Cant wait.
Vicky-I was having a rough time with the scale popping back up to 189. Its still there but Im not gonna stress about it. I have recruited my sister to walk with me while we are in AL. Shes a smoker so Im sure I wont get her to jog any. I bet you cant wait for Dec to get here to get back in that gym. Congrats on the job. Got a lot of errands done today. Have a few last minute things to do tomorrow. Seems like my to do list is getting longer instead of shorter. The boys mom keeps texting me to keep them. I told her 2 weeks ago Monday would be it for me this week, but I ended up having them for 4 hours yesterday. She wanted me to keep the 4 y/o for an hour. Good thing about staying with them, I get lots of exercise. The 7 y/o loves soccer so we play for at least half an hour every time I am there. Glad I have my niece in AL to run around with. I am trying to plan ahead so I dont gain while I am there. I know there are no guarantees, but I am gonna try my hardest not to. It would be wonderful to lose. Keep your fingers crossed for me. |
Burgundy - weight loss fingers are now crossed! but you don't need luck, girl, you got skills!
|
Ok ladies, the announcement went out yesterday that I got the job. I got a really nice increase in pay and I'm eligible for an annual bonus. It's a really great opportunity. I don't fully take over the position until 1/1/11 because my days are still full of some really important projects. My boss is sad to see me go but happy that I was promoted.
Went to therapy yesterday and I'm still weak on my left side, but my last session is Monday, so I'm hoping to be able to go back to the gym. She wants to ask for 4 more sessions, but I don't think it's necessary. I can always build up strength in the gym. I think I'm starting to get some feeling back in my foot, which is great. Went to see Jeff last night and ARP'ed. The ARP really helps, I think. I feel the bioelectrical current going through my leg, so that's something. I'm going back on Friday. Hoping to join his class again next month. I tell ya, I miss working out with him. I'm 5 pounds up now and I really have to get disciplined. I know working out with him will definitely help me shed those pounds. I feel lethargic and I know it's because I'm eating total crap and I'm not exercising. Gotta get back on that wagon! I'm nearing 200 pounds again and I REALLY don't want to deal with that. Words of advice would be appreciated. I'm kinda down and out and need to get back up and dust myself off. Thanks ladies! You guys are the best!! |
Maddiesmom - happy dance on the new job stuff! that's great! I'm with you on the five pounds up - this cold (and the accompanying insatiable need for popsicles, and crunchy things to scratch my throat) has me above ticker by about that amount - argh!! My goal is to get back to ticker by xmas - wanna join me? It's a crazy time of year to try to be disciplined, but hey, we did it last year, right?
|
Dance: I am totally with you on the 5 pound challenge. WE CAN DO THIS! I'm going back to the gym December 1st, no matter what! I see the back specialist on the 1st, so hopefully he will be giving me the ok to go back. I really do miss it and since I've been lazy with workouts, I'm lazy with food as well. Need to get it back on track. 2011 is my year to meet my goal....who's with me?!?
Work is super stressful, doesn't help that a lady brought in all the full sized candy bars from Halloween and they sit 3 feet from my desk. Didn't touch them today (which is an improvement, since I've had one every day for the past couple of days). Small steps, right? |
Thanks Dance, I will need the luck.
Vicky-Thats all amazing with the job. Glad to hear ARP seems to be helping. I know once you get back in the gym, you will be back to ticker weight. Look how far you have come. We all stumble during this process, we just gotta get right back up and keep pushing ourselves. Remember, you just told me the other day, "this weight loss thing takes time. What matters is that you are still doing it and not giving up. One pound at a time." So focus on getting your strength back and lets all get back to eating right!!!! We can do this!!!!! We have all our things packed and are heading out in the morning. Gotta drop the dogs off at the kennel at 8am. Gonna miss my babies so much. Wish they were going with us. I am though, looking forward to the warm weather and getting out to walk without freezing. I'll try to check in as much as possible over the next 2 weeks. |
Allison: Love the new pic by the way. Who's the little one with you?
|
Love both of your avatars!
maddiesmom - 2011 is definitely going be our year to meet goal! And we'll get off to a good start by getting back to ticker by the holidays. I went on a great long walk last night (surprisingly warm evening here) with two of my buddies which was great and I'm planning on working from home this afternoon and will squeeze in a run. Then we're having a fancy (but healthy) dinner out to celebrate my bf's raise and my new gig at work (the one that makes me be in the office all the time, darn!). Burgundy - safe travels! Hope you packed some healthy snacks for the car. maddiesmom - what are you guys up to this weekend? |
Dance - this weekend is kinda busy actually. I have a doc's appt on Saturday (yearly check up stuff) then a 1 year old's b-day party. It's a friend I worked with 9 years ago and we caught up again on FB! She lives 3 miles from me! Sunday is home renovations - the hubby hasn't touched the floor since before the wedding (10/2) and I'm thinking I may put up Christmas lights since it will be on the warmer side here.
Food not good today - had a salad at Chipotle with chips and guac. Couldn't resist (even though I should have). I'm not having dinner - not really hungry - so I have to start anew once again! Going to ARP tonight with Jeff and hoping that spending some time with him will get my willpower back. Working out always made me eat better. Gotta lose these 5 pounds. So disappointed that I did it. I'm on the cusp of 200 again and I don't want to be there! What is everyone else up to? Burgundy has her road trip, right? |
Vicky-the little one is Chris' cousins baby. I have to get my baby fix with her. LOL. Busy weekend for you. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you that the specialist gives you the go ahead for the gym.
Dance-Good job on your walk. I cant wait to get to my moms and walk as much as I can down there. We're taking a few days to get down again so we are in TN right now. I just want to get there. I did pack healthy snacks and have been eating them but I've also had a few unhealthy treats too. :( I am ready to be in AL. My sis has been sick, I'm hoping she is better tomorrow. I dont wanna get it. I have had a stuffy nose for a few days and hope thats all. I had taco bell for dinner tonight, and didnt order off the fresco menu like I should have. Gonna eat better tomorrow. We should be at my moms by 11am tomorrow. I will try to check in this week but my mom doesnt have internet so if I dont I hope you both have a Happy Thanksgiving. I am so THANKFUL to have you two as friends to help me along this LONG journey. Thank you both so much!!!!! |
Hey girls! Finally ditched this cold and went running yesterday and today - woohoo! I'll either run again tomorrow or walk with a buddy. Will write more tomorrow...
|
Got in a good walk this morning just as a cold front started to blow in so the last 20 minutes were FREEZING!!
Burgundy - hope your travels are continuing to go well and that you can get in lots of walks once you get there. maddiesmom - did you get your xmas lights up? I'm impressed at your being so ahead of the game. Doing okay for food so far - this morning I went on a veggie cooking frenzy to get stuff ready for the week which is a big step for me. Off to run errands - hope you're doing great! |
tiny woohoo - down 2 lbs from my worst after the pineapple popsicle craziness but still 4 to go until ticker. I'm shooting to be down another one by next monday - anyone with me? Kind of crazy over thanksgiving but for some reason, I'm not that excited about the food on this holiday. I know, I know - that's practically un-american ;) Going for a walk (probably a very cold one) with a friend tonight after work and thinking about a run tomorrow morning. Brrrr. Hope you guys are doing great.
ETA - doing okay on food so far: b - yogurt, strawberries and grapenuts l - french onion soup (no crouton), whole grain baguette s - TLC peanut bar d - plan is chicken, broccoli, brown rice, peanut sauce s - apple, sf popsicle |
Dance: WAHOOOOOOOOO!!! :) 2 pounds is great! A lot more than I've done! Glad you are feeling better after your cold. How is your exercise / walking? I would love to be down a pound by Monday. I'm in with you! I'll walk and clean, etc. this week, so I'll do my best! You know I love challenges!
No Christmas lights up, the hubby finally decided to work on the floor, so he wasn't able to get the lights down from our attic. I am going to decorate Friday, after I do my black Friday shopping. Should be fun (not really, but want can you do - love the deals!) This weekend is going to be busy for me: thanksgiving with the family on Thursday, cleaning, shopping and Christmas decorations on Friday, my SIL's Chicago reception on Saturday, then Madeline's birthday on Sunday. I'm having family over on Sunday - spending time with the SIL before she goes back to DC. I really can't wait to be over the whole "Lauren's wedding" thing - it's been ongoing for over a month and the topic of every conversation - including at Maddie's party. My hubby's side of the family is excited - mostly because they haven't met the groom yet - (crazy I know), but it seems that Lauren is cutting herself out of the family slowly but surely. She excused herself from the family grab bag, invited his mom's side of the family to her wedding, but not her dad's side, she never visits with them when she's here and the fact that no one has met the hubby before they got married, to me that's inexcusable. They even threw her a bridal shower and he was a no-show. Perhaps I'm over sensitive, but I just dont' think it's right. Sorry for that tangent! Dance - looks like it's just you and me - what are your plans for the weekend? |
