Well, I've been lurking the last few days, I read back all of ya'lls posts and was soooooo proud of how great you ALL have been doing. I just didn't want to post because I don't want to be a fair-weather friend. I don't just want to be here when I am on plan. But, dancer sent me a PM (are you stalking me ;-) ) saying to come say hi, so here I am saying hi. If you will accept my conditional friendship, I will come as often as I can. That really sounds brutal, but I can't help that I can't come here and say that I'm not on plan, so I want to be honest.

So, I know everything that has went on with you guys for the last 6 months, so I won't ask for an update. In case anyone wants to know, I have actually been doing decent on my weight loss. I am down 94 lbs and counting. I'm not sure where I was at last time I posted on here. I also finally got the promotion at work that I have been wanting for over a year. My husband finally got a job with advancement possiblilities. We just had our one year anniversary and went to Savannah for a weekend getaway (didn't gain any weight amazingly). We are also on Dave Ramsey's debt snowball plan and are on track to be completely debt free in less than two years (except the mortgage). Life is amazing, just need to get the rest of this weight off. I think I finally have accepted the fact that I cannot lose quickly and will probably at this for another two years.

Dance, thanks for remembering me and inviting me back.

Vicky, glad your knees are getting better. You are doing awesome and wish I could have the continuous dedication you have.

Allison, you are my hero! 30 day shred x 2!!! I couldn't even make it 2 days!?!

AJ, glad to see you came back too!

AJ: What do I like most about being 78 pounds lighter? The clothes options!! LOL Buying the smaller clothes has been nice, but I still need to work on the self confidence. It's hard being the "fat person" for so long and then have to change your mindset.

Dance: 3 miles - I think I may start walking with you guys. There's nothing wrong with walking! I am giving up the running for an indefinite amount of time, but I could definitely benefit from walking.

Yep, just the core 3 of use: Burgundy, Dance and me. Staccie had mentioned that she was getting a trainer/nutritionist, but it seems that her life has taken a busy turn so we haven't heard from her in awhile either. Not sure why Neesy isn't going to Korea, but I guess she's living in Florida now and found a job.

As for Panera - they have an awsome chicken poppyseed salad that is basically fruit on top of salad greens with chicken and lowfat poppyseed dressing. Super low fat and calories and it's really good too. I try not to eat out too much, I get myself into trouble. Food today was good:

B: Oatmeal
S: grapes
L: roasted turkey breast with broccoli and carrots
S: Nectarine, energy bar (suggested by Jeff, so it's 100% natural)
D: grilled chicken with veggies

ARP is done!!!!!!!! Yippee! Got to do my strengthening session today which hurt just as much as the treatment! Yikes! I go back to trianing next week and we may bring the ARP in from time to time if Jeff thinks I need it. Basically I will do whatever it takes not to get injured again.

Hope everyone is having a fabulous day!

Tiff: So glad to hear from you! 94 pounds lost is AMAZING!!!!! CONGRATULATIONS!!!!

Sounds like life is working out for you - as it should. Great news all around with your promotion and the hubby's job and all....how is the house renovation going? Did I read that you were back in school as well?

Stop by when you can - we do miss you and wish you all the luck in the world. Trust me, I wish this weight would come off faster, but I know it will be a long journey, but we'll both get there.

Dance-thats a lot of flagstone to move, bet that was a good workout. Dinner, last night I made 12 grain pancakes with SF syrup. Tonight Chris made us grilled chicken and a nice salad. It was yummy.

AJ-I've never listened to her pod casts. As much as I love her workouts she does annoy me quite a bit. I tried watching her new show but just couldnt get into it. Waiting on Biggest Loser to come back. How many calories are you eating a day?? I trying to do lowfat. I still kinda guesstimate calories. My weight is staying around 193 right now. I am fighting to get to the 180s. Love the snail on your ticker, thats what I need cos this weight is ssssssssssoooooo slow.

Vicky-so happy for you that you are almost done with ARPing and can get back to training. Do you miss it? Funny, I would have never thought when I was bigger that I would actually start to enjoy working out. Cant wait to see you in your dress.

Tiff-post whenever you feel like it, we will be here. 94 lbs is absolutely amazing. Remember, slow and steady wins the race. We will all get to our goals. It may take a while, but we'll get there. SO glad life is treating you so well. 30ds, yea I have done it twice but there were months in between the 2 times. It took all I had to finish out the 30 days, it does get boring.

So I spoke too soon yesterday when I said I hadnt heard from the boys mom lately. I had them today plus 2 other boys. That was fun(3,5, 6, and 8 yr olds), a few squabbles here and there but a pretty good day with them.

I got a 2 mile walk in and did 2 sets of 50 crunches on the ab lounge. I am gonna work on the bingo arms before bed. Tomorrow I want to walk 2 miles and do a kettlebell workout.

We are gonna go see The Other Guys tomorrow. Will Ferrell is hilarious. I'll have to have a healthy filling dinner before we go.

Howdy girls! Just got back from a walk with my buddy - I didn't really feel like it but once I got going it was fine as usual.

So fun to see all the activity on this thread!

tifftiff - great to hear from you! And yes, I'm pretty stalker-ish You've made tons of progress since we last heard from you and I'm just so impressed that you're almost at the 100lbs lost mark - that is seriously amazing! Glad things are going well for you and your hubby. Don't worry about posting or not posting - we're happy to see you whenever. For me, this is the only place I feel comfortable being completely honest - about my weight, my clothing size, my comfort eating, my slipups and wanderings off plan and extremely SLOOOOOW progress in this whole weight loss thing and it's kind of liberating to have buddies who understand and don't judge. Oh - and how was your friend's wedding this winter? Do you have pics?

burgundy - good job on the miles! Your dinner sounds good - I tried a lean cuisine but it just wasn't very good. Back to normal (unprocessed) stuff tomorrow. Let us know how the movie is - I need some recommendations...

maddiesmom - congrats on being done with ARP! Your menu for today looked especially good - I need to roast a turkey breast for variety.

Hope everyone is having a nice evening...

Vicky- I was talking with this old friend of mine 2 days ago. When we weighed in my 120's and her prob 110, we thought we were so fat. Not like a teenager kind of thinking fat but I would not wear a shirt that clung to me and I would not buy small pants because I was sure it showed to much. Now I look at pics and we look sick! Its hard to see your self as thin after being bigger. I had only lost like 40lbs and it didn't feel like a lb.

Allison- I am not sure what it is that bugs me, her voice maybe? Great job on the workout and the other guys has gotten RAVE reviews. I want to see eat, pray, love!!

Okay food day. I did something really bad... I had only had like 550 cals by the time I got off work. I had enough cals left to have this thin crust healthy pizza place. I ate 3/4 mini pizza. Calories... yes.... healthy... NO! But I drank 96oz of water today. WHOOOOOOOhoooooo!

Congrats Maddiesmom on finishing ARP! Hopefully the pain in your knee will be gone now?

Hi AJ and Tiff! Nice to meet you!

Dancer - I need to start walking again. A couple of years ago I did 2 or 3h a day for 2 weeks (I was in training for a walking holiday with friends) and I dropped about 6 pounds in that time without changing a thing on my diet! So definitely need to think about that one again...

Sorry I've been kinda absent this week. I have been reading what you guys have been up to, but haven't really had a lot of time to post myself! I started doing my pilates dvd again this week, which I havent done for ages. My sister and I had fun trying to do all the moves! Must have worked cos my butt and abs were killing the next day!

Happy Friday, all!

maddiesmom - I bet you're enjoying life with no ARP! How does everything feel now that the treatments are over?

This weekend isn't looking like it's going to be superfun for me - electrician and tile guys tomorrow and tile guys again on Sunday so I'll be pretty home bound. I'm going to try to use the time to catch up on work. We'll see how that goes! What's everyone up to this weekend?

Dance-I have laid off the lean cuisines too. I was eating them quite a bit there for a while. The Other Guys was pretty funny. Fun filled weekend for you. We dont have any fun plans this weekend. Gonna go see the baby this afternoon, they are up here at their house til their daughter goes back to school.

AJ-how are you getting all that water in. I need to up mine. Im just not a thirsty person, lol.

Katy-I have a pilates dvd, but never use it. Might have to pull it out.

I prepped a bunch of food to put on the grill to heat up for the weekend and beginning of the week. I have fingerling potatoes with onions and bell pepper, green beans(in the crock pot), carrots, squash and zucchini, cut up some cucumbers and made some peach salsa. Chris wants BBQ ribs for dinner on the grill. I will load up on veggies and have a small rib. Might see what other lean meat I have in the freezer and throw that on there too.

We have our nephews here for a few hours. They are playing video games. I always have someones kids.

Have a great weekend everyone.

Hi ladies...sorry I've been MIA. I haven't been committed to too much lately other than doing everything possible to gain weight So not good! Anyway, not wanting to spend another summer covered up and sweating like a pig and maybe even wear a nice dress at NYE, I am going to really try and get this together.

So awesome that you are all here...

I loaded up on my last night of bad food...feel like crap - I do good for a few days and then fall off for weeks. I'm sad to say - I am almost back at the weight I was in 2006 when I started my journey - ick heard around the world!!!

I promised myself by moving back here, I was going to take control of my life and I have done anything but. I have to get my sh+t together.

So....here's cheers to joining back up with a great group of ladies and losing this horrid weight!!!

Staccie - nice to see you here! Now that you are settled in your new life, it seems like a perfect time to focus on you. Are you liking your job and stuff? Hope so!

We had a yummy dinner last night - lean steak, portobello mushrooms, asparagus and some new potatoes with ff sour cream. Am heading out for a run shortly - anyone with me for 3 miles today?

Burgundy: that bbq stuff sounds good!!!!

I've been pretty awful the past few days. I went out on Thursday night with the girls, drank a lot, got very little sleep and then work the next morning...So I havent exercised much, but foodwise I was actually OK as my hangovers always make me feel queasy and not in the mood for eating!

I'm gonna do at least 40 minutes on the elliptical tomorrow as I have the day off and the first series of FRIENDS (borrowed from a friend) to watch and I think it'll be a great way to distract me from the effort!

Hope you're all havign a nice weekend!

Katylil - friends sounds like the perfect show to elliptical to. Back when I was elliptical-ing, I used to watch episodes of Sex and The City - nothing too demanding, just light and fluffy.

I'm thinking about getting some books on tape for my ipod for long walks - do any of you do that?

Got in my run this morning before it got hot and we're going to walk to dinner later so it should be a good calorie burning day overall. Will check in again tomorrow....

Staccie-are you getting back into a routine for weight loss? Glad to have you back.

Dance-last nights dinner sounds so yummy. I got my miles in today.

Katy-the bbq was delicious. I limited myself on the ribs and loaded up on the yummy veggies. Have fun watching Friends and elliptical-ing.

Walked 2 miles yesterday and today. Had to wait til almost 830 to go and was almost dark when we got back. Its been so hot the last few days. Cleaned my house today, just need to finish putting the laundry away.

Rented Just Dance tonight, so tomorrow I can dance. Hopefully it will help me get over this plateau. Its so frustrating. Might go to the beach with some of the family tomorrow. The water should be nice.

Hope you're all having a great weekend.
