I wouldn't get too worried about my 4 pound loss. I think it might have just been a massive water weight drop, and now I'm going to float back up. But then this is the danger of night-weighing.

blueisis - sorry about your scale! A few months back I switched to a digital from an old one that I had had for 20 yrs!!! I had a little trauma dealing with the new one, but eventually got over it - hope you do too!
