ok goal is 4 pounds and to get hubby to eat something at the beginning of the day and me too. This month will be to get my head in the game and push through my depression. I've dieted for like 25 years and am so over it so trying to get back uh under it.

Good day yesterday. I stayed on plan all day (and ate almost all my calories -- which is something I struggle with.) And even though I didn't feel like it, I got in a good work out in the evening.

I was down a pound this morning, so I have hope that I can lose the last 5 pounds in the next 2 weeks, to make my mini-goal. I just need to have 15 more on plan days and I should be all set. ;)

Morning Ladies,

Yesterday was a great start for me too, got in my exercise, ate great and reserved our tickets to Mexico, :beach:. We're leaving March 31 for the Mayan Riviera, never been more south that Disney World so we're rather frickin' excited. It's a friends wedding and we didn't think we'd make it b/c the tickets were so expensive and we wanted to bring our daughter but a seat sale popped up yesterday and now we're all heading down. Unfortunately, that means I'll miss the second to last week of my classes so I'm going to have to get my nose to the grind stone to get my work done before we go. And all I can say is that it's soooo awesome to not care if I lose a darn pound before I go b/c I look great already darn it, lol.

Good Beautiful morning to us all!
We are kicking some butt here, I am glad to see all the "Good Days" we had yesterday.
So I wake up this morning, and It is snowing....AGAIN???? I am about over this snow thing, we have had more than our fair share of it this year. MOst of all it is putting a crimp in my exercise style. I had scheduled an outside exercise day today.....hmmm back to the video pile.

:welcome3: everyone who is just finding this thread for the first time. The regulars on here are truely FANFREAKINGTASTIC! (;);)and you know who you are!;);)) Good luck with the journey to your goals. There have been many success stories that happened right here, that is why I keep coming back for all the great support. SG- Nope, you're right. I'm somehow skipped right over you. Now you're in where you should've been (right after Summer 2010 and right before Sandye). Sorry 'bout that!

LE- I'm with you. A few OP days IN A ROW would be a nice change of pace! Let's do that.

knobhdy- Congrats on working out despite how you felt! I know I always feel better afterwards. Only 15 more days OP, huh? I'd LOVE to be able to say I had 15 OP days in a row! There was a time I was there. Oh, to get back there again!

Tummy- OH, I'm so happy for you that you get to go to your friends wedding and soak up some sun there! How great!! You DO look great, darn it...so ENJOY!!

Today has started out as a good day #2. I should have enough to keep me too busy to snack needlessly (though I manage to find time for it whenever I want). I'm choosing to stay OP and eat what's planned. I'm doing my running in the afternoons now so I can be outside and not have to mess with the craziness I come home to when I try to run in the morning. So, that's the plan for today.

TUMMY!!!! I can't wait to say that I am going on vacation and don't need to try and lose a few pounds. I am proud of you. I know how this balancing act of school and fitness and health and family goes. I have the same thing right now. I am 3 months away from completion. YOu can do it.
