Hi everyone! Another latecomer! Started doing WW with some modifications (trying to keep a SB mindset but not as strict as I was when I was on it) last Sunday and plan on running a 5K by May. Sadly I've already run a 4-miler (odd I know) but have fallen so out of shape and out of running that I'll probably start in the middle of C25K to get back on track.
Since I'm at the beginning of my WL and in a Vday challenge for 9 pounds, a reasonable goal by April for me would be 160. I'm already aiming high for the next 3 weeks so I don't want to be too fantastic in my goals for the next couple months.

Hello, I'm new here as well. I've a challenge for April 1st. I'm not sure what a realistic goal would be for me. 15lbs? 10 lbs?
todays weight 164lbs - I'm 5'2"
I'm also not quite sure what food plan i want to do. I have an older WW package from my Mom, but honestly I don't like counting. So I'm going to start with just tracking.
Nikki ~ Football Sunday wasn't good for my diet either! We had some Jets fans over while we're Colts fans, but it was all good -and really good food with way too much alcohol.
My streak of "crap going on" never seems to end... this morning we woke up to water in our basement... and all the clothes that went down the laundry shoot were soaked along with all sorts of other stuff, so I basically spent all day doing laundry and cleaning and now I'm pooped, so no workout... Hopefully tomorrow...
Well with family in and my dd's b-day, I ate way more junk than I anticipated.. I must be feeling guilty because last night I dreamed that I had gained 50lbs. Now everyone is gone and I can get back on track. Only 2 months till April!!!
I'm finally back on track with my diet... thank goodness! My weight actually has gone up some but TOM is here so that figures. I've created a workout schedule to help get my exercise back on track and I hope that this snow melts some day soon so I can go running! I hope everyone else is doing well!
My legs are burning! I love the Jackie Warner workout dvds! She's hard core but the moves are simple enough that I can actually do them without tripping over my own feet! Today's workout was interesting because I had my dd (2) next to me trying to do squats and kicks and mad because she didn't have enough space on my yoga mat. I think I finally have my act together with working out and eating right! I've started my workout journal which helped me stick to it last time. I'm going to aim for 750 exercise minutes this month. I don't calorie count, because I fall off that wagon within an hour! lol, but I'm just trying to control portions and not eat junk.
Is it too late to join in? Spring is in the air! Already 75 degrees here. Swimsuit season, right around the corner. I am a real slow loser, so I hope for a pound a week!
