Michelle and Lizzie - great jobs with the losses!!

I'm still not seeing movement, but tomorrow is my official weigh in day so fingers crossed. I've stayed on plan every day since last Sunday (calories, exercise and water goals all met) so I know at some point, the scale will show it!

I'd love to join!

~ I want to wear sleeveless shirts and shorts this summer. I don't know how long it's been since I've worn them!

~ I will continue to eat healthy. It's a lifestyle for me.

~ I want to wear a swimsuit this summer, instead of a fat suit.

~ I will finish this challenge and walk away feeling good about myself.

I'm a newbie, but I'll join! I have no idea how many pounds I can realistically lose by April, but I hope to be at least somewhat lighter, healthier, and therefore happier by April 1st.

If my wishes were granted, I'd be at 160 or less by then, but that may not be realistic for my body so I am not counting on it at all and will try not to be too disappointed if I don't achieve it. I'll just keep plugging along and even if it takes me a year to get healthier, I'll still get there eventually.

Hi everyone! I hope it's not too late to join your challenge? I have about 20lbs to lose and a trip with my boyfriend to look forward to in April... Hey everyone. Hope its still okay to join in the challenge. My April goal is to be in the 1__'s. I want to do this by working out 4-5 days a week and being OP. Also drinking more water (which I am not very good at).

...Im pretty sure Ive hit a plataeu. My weight is staying as close to 240 as it can. Or Ive just gotten lazy but my cals have been good and my exercise has been okay. Im really going to push myself this week!

Congrats Thinner, Peanutsmom, HaleyisLove, and VernDern on your losses -- way to go! We can do this! BTW where is our thread founder Shrinking Amy?

Thinner - I'm doing Weight Watchers with my own mods (I have to cook it - no frozen meals! And I give myself a little time off each week -- within reason of course). So far so good!

Two more pounds down this week!

Hello Everyone! Welcome newbies! Glad to have you! It's been a crazy week and a half for me! Sorry I've been MIA! I have gotten in a lot of walking/jogging but not as much STing as I had hoped for. Things here have calmed down - at least for a few days - next week I have my FIL coming into town, then on Friday my parents and brother, sil and neice & nephew for my dd's 2nd b-day party... hopefully I can still get some exercise in as I prepare for their arrival. I'm holding strong at 132... but I'm ok with that for now. Definitely need to get back on track starting tomorrow!!!!

I haven't had a chance to really read all the posts but I hope everyone is doing well and OP.

Hi, guys! I am SO in...this is just what I need to kick-start my healthy changes.

I am planning on doing the C25K also along with some strength training. I want to run a 5K by May. Food-wise, I am just focusing on making healthy choices and drinking more water.

My goal is 165 by 4/1.
