  • Well I am for sure in....just walked in the door from Curves....I feel pretty good on day five even though I woke up with a splitting headache and didn't want to go I forced myself and met my target

    11/3: 2/43/3 (4+ min run)
    11/4: 3/20/5 (run/hill intervals)
    11/5: 2/31/5 (3 mi run), 45 min ST'ing, 28 min 30DS

    I'm really happy with how this month has started out workout-wise. I think this combo is really gonna help tone me up!

    Tummy-Let me also say a hearty THANK YOU for taking over this list. We've become spoiled now. I love seeing everyone's goals and sharing the joy with them when they meet them!!

    I am going to do the exercise challenge but not join the weight loss challenge until I am sticking with it for a little longer! I don't want to keep bouning in and out on a forum but I have noticed these are not as busy. I want to commit!!
