My November Exercise:
Nov 1-- 0
Nov 2-- Treadmill 20 minutes
Nov 3-- Disco Abs 23 minutes



Well I am for sure in....just walked in the door from Curves....I feel pretty good on day five even though I woke up with a splitting headache and didn't want to go I forced myself and met my target
I love seeing everyone's goals and sharing the joy with them when they meet them!!
