Sandye - LOL I just wanted to reassure you that you will indeed fall on your face during p90x, that's how you know you are doing it right :) Chest and Back, which you will meet on Monday has about 10 different kinds of push ups that you do to maxium reps, hence fall on your face :) It's awesome!

Sandye - LOL where do you think those arms came from! Let's just say I couldn't do push ups before ;) The trick is to do whatever you can in regular push up form and then if you can't do them go to your knees, as long as you go as deep as you can you'll build up to more and fall on your face. I bet you'll surprise yourself.

TummyGirl - your workout minutes have inspired me! My norm is 30 min per day... If I want to lose this weight before vacation next month, there's no reason I couldn't do at least an hour workout! I've been slacking! I've already ran my C25K W1D2 today but tonight I'm going to do another 30 min MINIMUM and THEN I will post my daily workout stats!

Amy - I would come on here and post my minutes and just briefly read over everyone elses, I must have just skimmed past tummygirls. Wow that makes me feel like I am slacking. I guess I better kick it up a notch as well. I want to meet my goal in January! I am going to do at least an hour a day. Thanks for pointing this out!!
