I am so glad that today's workout is over!!! I am so beyond bored with that ST'ing workout I could cry!!! :yawn: Next ST'ing workout I do will be the P90X on Monday!! :carrot: I'm so ready for a change it's not even funny! Sandye - LOL I just wanted to reassure you that you will indeed fall on your face during p90x, that's how you know you are doing it right :) Chest and Back, which you will meet on Monday has about 10 different kinds of push ups that you do to maxium reps, hence fall on your face :) It's awesome!

Goals for the month of October

1. To continue with and complete TBL Cardio Max 6 Week Challenge (I am starting Week 3/Level 2 this week.) 4 - 5 x's a week.
2. To add in TBL Power Sculpt every week with the corresponding week/level 3x's a week.
3. To start C25K at some point and stick with it this time!

Sandye - LOL where do you think those arms came from! Let's just say I couldn't do push ups before ;) The trick is to do whatever you can in regular push up form and then if you can't do them go to your knees, as long as you go as deep as you can you'll build up to more and fall on your face. I bet you'll surprise yourself.

Sandye - I could not do pushups when I started the program and after a month I really felt there was progress. Do your best and push hard (;)) and they will come. I am going to keep monitoring this thread and watch your and Tummy's P90x progress.

TummyGirl - your workout minutes have inspired me! My norm is 30 min per day... If I want to lose this weight before vacation next month, there's no reason I couldn't do at least an hour workout! I've been slacking! I've already ran my C25K W1D2 today but tonight I'm going to do another 30 min MINIMUM and THEN I will post my daily workout stats!
