I am starting another week challenge.WOW 5weeks already! The summer is flying!Anyone that wants to join is welcome. You just have to decide what your goals are for the week,and check in here,every day to see how you did. I find this easier than keeping a journal.I also log my cal.,water,exercise. What ever helps makes this journey easier!

today was was okay, I made it thru my shift but I have to say I was so happy when it was over. Now I get a day off, work Friday, which will be an easy day, work Saturday which will be a beast and off on Sunday. One more week of this standing all eight hours. Ouch! I am beliving God will bring me thru it. As for today:
