Red face Just For Today, Challenge, July 10

Have you been struggling to get back on track? Maybe this is the challenge for you. Just for today, join in this challenge and post here what your eats, exercise, water, etc. are for the day. Just come back throughout the day and edit your post. This is my third day,and even though I haven't hit the mark yet, I'm doing much better. I find this motivating.

Anyone can start this challenge new each day, if it hasn't already been started.

hello all

woke up at 430am to workout from 5-630pm at the gym
did an hour of cardio and 30 minutes weights
breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs with cheese.
snack: a couple of almonds...
lunch: 2 chicken breasts with side salad (low fat dressing)
Just got back from lunch...later, i plan to go workout for another hour and do weights...
and then dinner: salad...
