hello all
woke up at 430am to workout from 5-630pm at the gym
did an hour of cardio and 30 minutes weights
breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs with cheese.
snack: a couple of almonds...
lunch: 2 chicken breasts with side salad (low fat dressing)
Just got back from lunch...later, i plan to go workout for another hour and do weights...
and then dinner: salad...
