Wow you ladies are doing awesome. I've been MIA way to long. I got some news from some blood tests on my cholesterol levels and it's gave me the slap I need to get back on plan and stay there.
Way, way up after a wonderful weekend and a really long (about 5 miles) hike up and down the side of a mtn (about 3000 feet elevation). We had a great time and I did eat half a sub. I know my body did not need the white bread, but it was delish and I was starved. I am sure most of it is my muscles which are screaming in agony today, tomorrow should look much better!
Well, I'm UP 2.5 lbs today. I do Weight Watchers and I definitely went over my points this past weekend, but really should have maintained. I did a LOT of exercise, though. I have heard that exercise can cause the muscles to retain water. I'm hoping that's all that is.
Well still up from starting weight but better then the 3lb gain I saw yesterday! I never ever do weight or stength training but I did an hour BodyPump class on Saturday and I think my body is still wacked out from it! Hoping to see that go back down to where is should be by tomorrow!
