Well day three was almost there.
I kept sodium in check, stayed OP, drank lots and lots of water and ate extra fiber (veggies). My only short fall was the exercise, it rained all day. We even made the TV news. In the last 2 days we've had over 8 inches and we're on a flash flood advisory. Don't worry I'm high and dry. They expect more today, yippy!!!

Here we are, the end of day 4...
I went a little over on my eating, but not a major amount.
No exercise due to bad weather. tomorrow is suppose to clear up.
Drank all my water plus extra.

Day Five is complete for me and all of my goals were met, even with eating some golden chocolate oreo's, I still did it. So another 5 day challenge bite's the dust and all systems are go for six. Tracy, I'll be waiting.
