WELCOME TO THE G2009 4TH OF JULY CHALLENGE! This challenge runs from today (May 25th) through Saturday, July 4th. Technically it's 5 weeks and 5 days long - PLENTY of time to lose some pounds!!!
Anyone is welcome to join in the challenge - just post your starting weight and your personal July 4th goal weight. MAKE SURE IT'S ACHIEVEABLE - We are NOT here to set you or ourselves up to fail! For all of you coming back - I'll use your last weigh in weight as a start weight - but PLEASE POST YOUR PERSONAL 4th of July goal weight so that I can track and reward accordingly.

For every minute of exercise you put in you get ONE mile closer to the party...that means that during this challenge you gotta put in 1,400 minutes of exercise! You can do it...but you better hurry and get on your way before all the rooms are gone
