  • I did pretty good w/food & water.No exercise. But I still lost 3 lbs this week,on the 5 day challenge. Yeah!
  • I'm calling this a success Lost 2 pounds total and am beyond thrilled

  • I'd like to join your 5-day challenge. For the next 5 days I will:

    Average 1550-calories a day logged into CalorieKing.
    Eat dinner by 7 p.m.
    Go to the Gym every day (closed on Sunday)
    Go to bed by 10 p.m. so I can sleep 8 hours.
  • STOP!!!!
