I did not realize that yesterday was a weigh in day.
My wt was 186.2. I think that wt was due to some salty food and beer this week. Oh well. Do better today than yest. |

Eny: Thank you for all the work you put in for us. It's a lot of your free time you have to devote, and I appreciate the sacrifice; especially since you have another little one on the way! ;) Blondie: Thank you, and welcome to 3 Fat Chicks. I hope you're enjoying it so far? There's lots of support and advice to be found, as well as some new friends. In regards to my losses, I've actually only lost 35lbs since December, when I joined 3FC. The other 15lbs were lost prior to joining. As far as how I lost? The first 15 came off when I started going to the gym with my grandma and mother. It was a good bonding experience, and 30 minutes of my time was nothing. After that we stopped going though; I was graduating and both mom and grandma were too busy with work. I didn't start to lose weight again for another 2 or 3 months. When I did, it was because of a change in diet more than anything else. I wasn't particularly active, I was just eating healthier. I started eating all natural and then organic, and found that merely eating alternatives to all the preservatives and unnecessary ingredients found in most conventional food was slimming me down naturally. I just recently made the decision to become Vegetarian, still trying to go completely Vegan, I just have a hard time at family gatherings and when we go out (dairy is hard to avoid in the restaurant scene). Now that I've kind of reached a milestone in my loss, I'm going to focus on working out on a more consistent basis. I can't rely on a good diet to do all the work for me! Well just completed my first tast for mini challenge #2. Walked to town and back which felt really good on such a beautiful day.

Hi everyone, I completed my day 1 task, was easier that I was afraid it might be. But the good news was because I got up and got ready we were able to leave earlier from the house than usual on the motorcycle and we got to go on a longer ride today before it got hot. It was nice. Tonight my hubbs and I are making homemade sushi for dinner. I'm pretty excited to try it. :) Hopefully it will be good. |

Also, congratulations on completing your first task! Have fun with that sushi tonight, I'm so envious. ;) Well I completed my task (2pm: JM 30DS video). I have to say I'm glad I did, although simultaneously distraught. I haven't worked out in so long, and I feel oh so weak. It seemed almost as hard to do as the first time I popped that dvd in!! That's not something I ever wanted to say. Well, progress through practice. I'll just have to keep it up until it's so easy I can laugh. :D I think I'll also go for a walk today to keep in with that "No more excuses, you're going to tone up" mentality. I'll check back in a little bit later. Wish me luck! |

Delphi (and anyone else) I'm sorry I miss spoke. Looking at my calendar I got confused on the dates! :eek: If you missed the weigh in either because of you - or me - then yea your SW is what is listed in the log.
