Hey hey all,
So am down 1lb, looks like my platau has started to go, 4lbs in last 3 weeks, so 4 more 1lbs and I've lost 2 stone. I will be so proud, although I am actually proud already as I have never lost this much weight withour giving up, so THANKS ALL!!! New challenge looks great will spend some time tomorrow evening doing my plan as I have too much stuff to do in the meantime See ya all later |

So my plan: Saturday: 7pm - Walk the dog Sunday: 2pm get my butt up and go to archery Monday: 7pm - 100 pushups and 100 situps Tuesday: 6pm - 30ds Wednesday: 5:30pm - cook a meal with DH Thursday: 5:30pm 30ds Friday: 4:30pm take the dog to the beach So not very inventive, but I can't don anything between 8am and 4-6pm as I am at work, today I am going to look at new cars, and also at an old 1971 vw beetle we bought, unfortunatly its 2.5 hours away on the other side of the country so ROAD TRIP (haha thats as good as it gets in england). The sun is shining here and the last week it has been up to 24C here which is amazing, I have avoided it as I've been stuck in doors but I am going to spend all this weekend out side, get a bit of colour on this ghostly skin I have Hope you ladies have a fantastic saturday |
Just got back from a really long walk / run with my dog and I feel great! The weather has been absolutely fantastic lately and I'm really enjoying soaking up the sun - I hope this means we are in for a long hot summer.
My first task for the second mini challenge is in two and a half hours by which I have promised myself that I will walk to town and get some shopping done. So right now i'll take a nice rest and then i'll go and complete my task :D Hope everyone else is having a great Saturday! |
Starting weight: 188.9
Goal: -5lb to 183.9 Mini challenge 2 (since I missed the first one - my modem got a virus - how does that happen? - and I had to get a new one). Saturday~ 45 min walk/run - DONE Sunday~ Clean the house for when my in-laws come to stay on Wednesday. Monday~ Make my lunch and take it to work. Tuesday~ Drink 3L of water over the day. Wednesday~ Go to bed before 10pm. Thursday~ 45 min run/walk. Friday~ Yoga at the gym at 10am. Obviously I'll be doing other exercise in there as well, but that's my goals/must do's for the week. |
HOLY CRAP! I finally got to get back on here and update a new spreadsheet for this challenge.
I know that a lot of you missed the first weigh in (yesterday) - don't stress too much. If had posted your weigh in on the thread instead of PM'ing me I included it because I know that this week was short and weird without my annoying reminders. :) Mel - I'm always amazed by your bravery... I could NEVER post pics of me in a swim suit on here! KUDOS TO YOU!! HAttie - OF COURSE you can join - and you're right - my computer problems DID save you and I will put you on a team. I haven't figured them out yet - but I'm doing that this morning. :) The teams will start for week #2. :) :welcome: to all the newcomers! And to all you coming back! I'm hoping that I have a temporary solution to the computer problem - but d@mnit - I WANT MY LAPTOP BACK!!! :mad: Things on this end are going ok - I've been exercising a lot - mostly to get rid of the pain in my hips and back. I went to the Dr's on Thursday - and found out I have a UTI... who knew... I love when I have ailments and don't know it! But I'm on meds for it since they can get really bad and they're so common during :preg: Oh - I also get to have yet another ultrasound on Monday... I love seeing my little man in black and white :bb: I have to update my ticker - but first I'm going to do this week's stats for y'all. I'll hopefully be able to check in more often then I have this week!!! :wave: |
