Eny & MMavie --- MMUNCHES!!!! They made it all the way here!!!! I did mine tonight! Even some reverse ones too! I don't know whats up with me... but dang it Eny, I want a STICKER! For something, anything!!!!! I feel like Veruca Salt .... I want it and I want it now, daddy! Okay, gotta settle down. Gonna do my second night of 7hours or better of sleep. Makes a huge difference. Thanks Eny~you always make me feel better. Through all the threats of life and limb by one family member and all the stress, lots of stress I am doing better than I thought. I got a book from the library. It has helped me feel better. Today is the first day I have I have felt excited about my life in months. been very depressed, very depressed. I could not begin to tell half the nasty stuff that has gone on in the last 6 weeks. Life got very complicated. I have lost 2 pounds before I jumped back in. I'm on a roll! Faux~ Glad you are back! missed you! Don't worry about a few extra pounds, I have a few extra to loose to get back to where I was. We can do this! I got the greens you were talking about. well i am on my way to miami thursday morning and dont plan to be on any kind of plan. this is my graduation celebration. it took me off and on 9 years to get my BS so i am going to live it up in miami for 5 days! i promise to weigh in when i get back no matter what the outcome! |

McKenziesmomma ~ Actually I'm right across the border in Sumner County but raised in Nashville and still spend quite a bit of time down there. I tell ya, I think I've seen enough rain the past month. I'm just ready for Sunny days already. ;) Jacque ~ No problem. You've been such an inspiration. The pas month you busted your rump and worked extremely hard. Keep up the good work! Enygirl ~ Yeah, exercise is one department of this journey I absolutely love, so I'll be laying on that beach in no time. ;) Well I've had a bit of a plateau since last week but today finally broke it and down another pound...almost two. :carrot: I'm just thrilled I'm past it and can move on again. At any rate, you ladies have a great day, it's almost time to kick up some tread on the treadmill. Catch you gals later. :) |

Hiya. I'm in for definite.
My starting weight is 159.6lb and i'll aim for a loss of 12lb. So my goal weight is 147lb. The exercise mini challenge is great! I'm really trying to be more active. I've been out jogging every day this week (ok, so it's only Wednesday but believe me, that's GREAT for me, lol!). But I'm getting quite a bit of exercise at the moment because I recently lost my job but my fiance is a postman so I've been going on his rounds with him and it's a lot of work, up hills and down lanes, lol). Anyway, i'll keep you posted on my progress and will PM you my weight on the weigh in days. :) |
Girls - We have a problem!!! My laptop - which has ALL of our stat info on it has gone KAPOOY!!!! :eek: I'm hoping to get it fixed soon - but I'm not sure if I can!
I'm going to go back through here are relog everyone's starting weights and goal weights for this challenge. IF YOU DID NOT POST YOUR START WEIGHT OR GOAL WEIGHT YET - PLEASE DO SO ASAP!!!!!! Friday will still be weigh in day - and I'm going to do my best off this desktop to reorganzie! Alright - I'm off for now - It'll take awhile to get everything figured out. :stress: |

I'm having a pretty good day - just got back from a good jog and I am definitely getting fitter - I covered more ground today than before. :) Enygirl >> is this friday weight day? It's just I thought you said in your original post that it was Friday 5 June. Just want to check, thanks. |

Starting weight: 136.4 Goal weight: 130.0 I slacked off last week majorly, and it just made me realize that I've been sort of slacking this whole time, even though I have been really slowly losing weight... I'd like to blame my gain last week (and decision not to post it) on having a guest at our apartment for a week and a half, or the BBQ we went to on Sunday, or the crappy rainy weather... but the truth is, I just didn't feel like putting in the effort. I've decided that summer is the best possible time for me to lose this weight, so I'm going full force now. That's why I set a pretty big goal for myself for this challenge... it may not be realistic, in that I've never lost that fast and I'm not 100% sure my body can do it, but it's what I'm aiming for. |
