Frustrated! Yet Determined to LOSE!
 
I am staying OP, and I am working my little butt off to meet my goals, I am about ready to pull my hair out though, 1/2 a pound lost since I started, ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh its too slow for me!!!! I am feeling incredibly frustrated. I enjoy reading everyones post's! It does keep me going thats for sure! Have a wonderfull Evening!

Hey, I'm a little late to this Challenge, but count me in!

There's about 13 weeks or so right?

I pledge to lose about 10 to 15 pounds...

Starting Weight: 189.6
Goal Weight: 179 to 175

To exercise 4 to 6 days a week

Hi everyone! I'd love to join this challenge. I'll be on vacation the week of July 4th but I'd still love to have a goal before then!

My starting weight is 186. I'd love to lose another 8 lbs by 4th of July, getting me halfway to my overall goal (178). Looks like there's 7 weeks left! My plan is to just keep running 3-4 times a week and stay around 1300 cals.

1 pound down this week. put the info in my earlier post.

i was actually back up to 210 on monday i think...so i basically lost 3.5 pounds this week. but i don't count the up and downs any more.

only looking at the line pointing down...

Forgot to weigh in yesterday!
 
Good evening! Just wanted to stop in with my weight loss results! I talked to my mother in law last wednesday, told her my frustration about my SLOW weight loss, she suggested I do the no carbs for 3 days to kick start my body into fat burning mode! YAY! I did it. I love my carbs, but the 2.5 pounds I lost was even better! So now I am commiting myself to a 6 day low carb/calorie cycling meal plan, along with 6 days of at least 2 hours of excersize. And I have to have at least 1 day a week to eat what I want in moderation and a break from the excersize. My 4th of July goal is in my arms reach! I know I can do it! :D

3 pounds down this week! it was necessary after my little slip earlier this month.

aiming at a steady weight loss of 2 pounds/week which should get me down 191.5 (my goal was 185...) - BUT nonetheless it will be a great achievement!
