Who wants to lose 25 pounds by 4th of July??? Well, I sure do :D I'm starting this challenge officially tomorrow exactly 13 weeks before the holiday.


Losing 25 pounds comes out to be around 2lbs a week. It's going to be hard...but not impossible!

Oh, I want to join too! I'm in the April challenge to lose 9 pounds (From 225.7) by April 25th (My son's first birthday). I would love to lose another 25 pounds by July 4th! That would make me down 51 pounds. That looks so exciting to see on the screen. March 31-225.7 July 4th-200.7

Better late than never, right?

I'm new to 3FC, having just made my first post to the Introductions Forum tonight, and I decided to follow it up by joining you all in this challenge.


I started a physician supervised weight loss program last Tuesday and I'm fully committed to staying "in the box." I've recorded
my weight daily since then, so I will use my April 7 weight as my start weight in our Independence Day Challenge.

ANOTHER WEEK STARTING TOMORROW...I'm really going to work hard this week...up my exercise routine from 30 min to 40. I cheated a couple times the last two days...dang Easter candy! :ink: :lol:;)

Doxxy-:wel3fc: ...this is a great place to find inspiration and the motivation you need on those "hard" days. I'm glad you found this challenge. I find challenges are the most motivating for me. Shrinkingleah- Don't be sad! You're doing fine...I'm sure you'll get the loss soon!! Everyone has weeks like that...and then BAM you lose 3 or 4 pounds in one week!! Don't get discouraged!!! :hug:

well i know that i will have some ground to make up after easter. i have not weighed myself and will not until sat when i weigh in i need to break the habit of daily or in some cases 2x a day. i am becoming dependant on that and that is not what i need.

on a side note i am just editing my orginal post with my weights. at the end of the month i will make a post of where i currently at.

FYI: Started HMR shake-only program April 7th and I'm fully committed to staying 'in the box'...

Apr 11 / 196.6 down 6.8lbs. I know it's mostly water weight, but still, I'm psyched!
Apr 18 / 195.6 doh!! have been 'in the box' since starting, but only a one-pound loss to report this week ... oh no, say it isn't so!! must keep the faith!!
Apr 25 / 193.2 'in the box' for another full week ... the scale continues to move in the right direction ... DOWNWARD! :goodscale
May 2 / 190.6 down a total of 12.8 ... a smidge over halfway to July 4th goal!! :cp:
May 9 / 189.0 another 1.6lbs for a total of 14.4 ... woohooooooo!!!
May 16 / 190.4 oops, wrong direction
May 23 / 188.2 back on track :smug:

I hope eveyone is doing well in this challenge! I have been slack on the exercise front this last week and will likely be for the next couple weeks also. Work (school) is crazy busy right now and I just don't have the time or energy for exercise. I'll get back on track with that soon though!
