Happy Saturday everyone!

Well even on vacation I have managed to do pretty darn good staying op. Went to the local gym 2 times, which was like a mini-meat market.. ewwww.

All in all kids and I are having a great vacation in Tucson. I love this city, cant wait to move back here. We are heading back to New Mexico tomorrow, vacation is over.

I weighed in with my moms scale this am. it said 166, to be expected that i might gain a little. I am not too concerned about the 1 pound. This was a break for my body. So this week at home I will be kicken it into shape with a lot of excersize! I would love to get those 10pounds gone by July 4th.

This was a bad week - 1.5 pounds up. Reason - no exercise. I don't think I hit the gym once. Also walked less (to and from work) and instead hung out at some shows, work related, and had too many beers.

I totally forgot to post my numbers for the last month, but nonetheless, I'm still on track to meet goal! I updated my weekly stats on my April 18th post and will be back next Saturday morning ... hopefully minus another pound or two!

I'm down 19 lbs. ... will need to ratchet it up to make my Independence Day goal of down 25, but I WILL make it!

Hey everyone! Just wanted to bump this thread up to the first page. I'm completing my 4th of July challenge a week early since I am leaving for vacation this weekend and won't be back until afterward.

My goal was to lose 8 lbs which would get me to my halfway point in my overall weight loss goal. I achieved that two weeks early! So here is my final weigh-in

SW: 186
CW: 177
GW: 178
