Lost another 2.6 this week. As the scales continues its downward movement, I continue to be psyched. Total to-date: 12.8 lbs. :cp:

I'm up a lb this week. I think it may be because I just started doing a new workout routine. I must be retaining water. There is no way I have eaten 3500 extra calories.

Im only down a lb. But I did go up 2 lbs during mid week TOM & cheeted a bit. So glad to be down to 194. Also updated older post with stats. :carrot:

Still on a downward roll and hoping not to stall. :crossed: Lost another 1.6 for a total of 14.4 lbs ... woohooooooo!!! I've stayed "in the box" (as HMR puts it) for 31 days.

i am so mad at myself...but on the other hand i've learned another lesson...burritos and little chocolate chip cookies are not helping my weight loss. oh, and a cold made me miss the gym all last week. what shocks me though is that my weight jumped back up. a lot...

I changed my weight on an earlier post but I am home from school and I know that the loss of dining courts and the home-made food is going to help me have a great week this week!!

Ok I so haven't been updating but I am still totally on plan so no worries there. I just haven't made my way over to this forum in a while. Won't happen again I promise.

Anyways, I did have a very good week with a *gasp* 4 pound lost. Don't know how it happened and trust me I don't expect it to happen every week. I'm very content with 1 to 2 lbs a week but I'll take this little blip too :)

So that's a total of 7 pounds for this challenge but it says 5 on my post because I put what I weighed on the 9th and I've lost 2 pounds since then.
