Jeni - It's snowing here, been snowing since I got up at 6:30 and it is supposed to keep it up all day. Wanted to take advantage later and go snowshoeing for a bit, not sure though, just did C25K week 3 day 1 and my knee is on fire. Probably would not be on of my brighter moves to test it further, but will go do my crunches. Tomorrow will be elliptical day, then Tuesday when I run again, I am going to wear my other sneakers and see if that makes a difference. If not, I am going to make an orthopedist appointment, sick of dealing with the knee issues.

W 100 working this today
E C25K done, crunches coming
E OP
D Step it up, if you do what you've always done, you'll get what you've always got!!

Wink

Well I didn't gain today. I didn't lose anything either, but at least I didn't gain.

MM- I know I could not have eaten that much I just don't understand how my weight can go up that much, so quickly. It is the most annoying thing in the world. I try to not let it get to me, but it does sometimes. I really need a boost to my morale, so I hope it starts to come back off soon.

Jeni- Glad you got in a nice workout. I did 45 min. of WATP last night and plan on BL Bootcamp tonight for 55 min. Wish I could get somewhere to run.

See ya later.

Does make one quite PO'd, I agree. Hang in there!! It sucks when you are working hard and trying and the darn scale does not co-operate, but you must be due for a whoosh! I hope so, you deserve it!

MM- Great job on the weekend. Sorry to hear about the knee. I did something funky with mine during TJ workout the other night. Knee pain sucks!

JCat- You eat so clean and are so dedicated to exercise that one day of crud won't be that bad!

MTig- That gain is a mystery. I bet that gain will be followed by a big loss! You're dedication has got to pay off.

This weekend I had too many drinks both Friday and Saturday nights, which is strange for me these days. I didn t eat great but didn,t overload either. Got my exercise in today, water in, ate pretty good.

Default MIA here!

Wow, where did I go this week? Even I don't know!! Hello newcomers!!!!

I posted on the first page of this thread and just got back now (a week later) I gained 2 pounds as I suspected, so I lost 4 pounds last challenge. I think I'll go for the same goal this time around - 4 pounds.

I continue to work out religiously, but also eat crap mixed with healthy stuff religiously. Thinpossible, when you said, "I sat down and really thought about it, and I want to do this.", those words hit me in the center of my chest. So, I just did the same thing. I sat quietly and didn't necessarily think as much as feel how sad I feel that I am not willing to step up for myself eating-wise. Thank you for sharing. I am going to go back to this quiet place again and again because I feel it working for me. No more food tonight. Just water. BTW, Thinpossible, I asked you before but you never answered back. How do you get multiple quotes in one message?

See you all tomorrow on the new thread!
