New low!! I thinking I was holding onto a couple of pounds b/c I was sick Wed & Thurs. I've been super POP all week & even exercised twice. It's nice to see some results.
Watch out ladies! Saturday is historically a pretty good WI day. It would be pretty awesome to hit 30 lbs lost.

last night I didn't track but I don't think I did very good ..however did lose .2 ...Today well not so good at all. Had Mcdonalds and girl scouts caught me and made me buy some thin mints Tomorrow's weigh in I'm sure will not be good.
I caught a break last night - DH was too tired to want his usual meat-and-two-veg dinner, so he and DS had grilled cheese, I had oatmeal, and hey, a loss... hope it's not temporary
