My magic chicken salad:
Chicken breast: seasoned w/ 0 cal seasonings & grilled or baked covered in oven w/ minced garlic
Romaine & iceberg
Cheese – motz & feta
Croutons
Black & green olives
Light caeser dressing
I season the chicken w/ fresh ground pepper, onion powder, & oregano. If I have points to spare I’ll use a little olive oil too.
There’s really nothing magic about it. I just love it & it keeps me full all night
I believe it’s magic tho, as I am down 2 lbs today! I am in a new decade this morning!!!
