Up a tad more today despite being perfectly on plan. No worries. I was down 4 pounds this week for my Friday morning weigh-in.

FB, congrats on the new low!

It's TOM, so I'm thinking I'll wait till it's over to jump back in on the challenges. I'm staying OP with food and water, workouts are still sporadic, but I'm getting it right about 5 days a week, which isn't too shabby. I'll see y'all when things settle down a bit and the scale isn't going mental!

I love checking this thread every day to see how everyone is done.

I am STUUUCCCK, and I’ve been really good. But I did just lose 5 lbs in like 5 minutes on the last challenge so I guess I can’t complain.

Tomorrow is official WI. I just ate my magic chicken salad that tends to cleanse my system & keep me feeling satisfied through the evening. A little nervous about WI tomorrow.

The only kind of chicken salad I can think of that would clean my system would be one made with expired mayo.

I was down 1.5 on Thursday. Haven't weighed since. Concentrating more on my exercise instead of the numbers this week.
