Hi Nicoyaangel. I either walk the dog, or use my cross country ski machine in the winter months. Today, There is no rain, so I will try for a hike. That is usually when I rack up the miles. I have a GPS and use it to "Geocache" which is kinda like treasure hunting. So at the end of the walk you get a little surprise! It is a lot of fun.
Well if I want to get some miles in, I better get moving! I will check in later tonight to see how many miles our little group has gone. I hope to add a big chunk of miles myself! Have a great day!!
Hi girls! I did 4.1 miles hiking today! It felt really good to get out in the fresh air. The dog absolutely was in heaven. I wish I loved it as much as she does, she would run all day long if I would let her! So my total is now 18.6 miles!!!!! I'm super-happy!
Way to go on racking up the mileage, Nicoyaangel! The treadmill is good for days that the weather is less than pleasant, and you can't talk yourself into getting ready and going to the gym...

Of course my tredmil is in the very back of my storage room so when it's not soooo muddy outside me ad my fiancée plan to get it out. Thank god I only live 10 seconds driving distance from my gym. I could see it outside my bedroom window haha
I am logging in a mile. We walked stadium stairs last night. not sure about actual mileage, but I was a sweaty mess, and out of breath! Hope everyone is getting some activity in.
I just bought a weight machine off craigslist. Yay! Now I have my own little work out room!!
Hi Nicoyaangel! I did the nordic track for 2.5 miles this am, then the weather cleared up so the do was whining to go for a walk. I gave in and we got another 2.5 miles in. that should help make up for the stadium food on saturday! 24.6/50 almost half way!!!
Did you get your tredmill out yet??? That will really help you rack up the miles fast! Awesome job on losing 5lbs! I am jealous!
