Hi Family :grouphug:

I have not been on here for almost a week. I was sick with the flu and I am back now . I am going to be going on the tread mill today. Last night I went and got a new work out bag to carry because I was using my daughters that she has for school, and it never fit a towel... and I would forget it each time...hahaha... so I can see that I have missed quite a bit....How is everyone doing ....!!!!

So, I have given myself a new ....well sort of new look. I am trying to make myself feel better about me. So, I let my hair down, no I mean really let my hair down...lol...I curled my hair and put make up on...dressed really nice...and you would not believe the response I got today was...wow Janell I did not even recognize you with your hair down....hahah..it was a nice...wow...sometimes you need that boost so that we keep going with our goal. I think it helps and re trains out minds that we are pretty inside and out. So, I am treating myself to get my nails, hair, and wax done this weekend. I am wanting to get ready for the new me and in order for me to get there I have to treat myself because no matter what I will still be me.

Hahaha...I hope that all made some sense... :)

HUGZ:hug:

urockmom 01-15-2009 04:28 PM

Jaya~I am soooo sorry that you were sick!!! I figured it was either that or travel since we hadn't heard from you. You take it easy on the exercise today. Your metabolism is probably still out of whack from the flu and it is easy to overdo.

That is great news that you dolled yourself up and had a day full of positive comments!!! Awesome!! Here's to you. :hat: I bet you looked smokin' hot. You have a super day of pampering this weekend. Sometimes we get so caught up in what we'll do when we lose the weight we forget that we are here now and still deserve a treat, especially with all the hard work you've put in. :carrot:

FSA~It is so incredibly cold that all I can do is dream of the beach! :beach: AND my sister just told me that she is going to St. Thomas next week!!! URGGGHHHH!!!!

Buns~Awesome job on the workout!!! :carrot::carrot: Are you also posting them on the :val1: challenge board? It feels great to see a long list of workouts, especially when you don't feel like doing it that day! ;)

Hattie22 01-15-2009 06:17 PM

Hi everyone:wave:

Jaya is back!!! Glad to hear you are feeling better. I was worried!
I love reading your posts!

I love reading everyone's posts!

I am getting a little frustrated! I lost that 1 measley pound and no more. I know..WHAH WHAH WHAH! It is hard though. I am eating clean and now exercising twice a day...or trying to. It is just that I love the feeling of losing. Don't we all? I am not bad enough yet to say: "What the ****? I will just eat what I want!" It is just soooo darn hard! Skinny people have no idea!!!

Ok. Sorry for my little:tantrum:

Hope everyone is having better success than me!! Talk to you later..

jellofer2 01-15-2009 07:59 PM

To Hattie, urockmom, jayagoddess, buns, fullsteam ahead and msperception, I would like to say thank you.:hug: Reading all of your positive posts and seeing that all of your tickers has done wonders for me. :carrot:

I used to go to WW a few years ago, but found it to easy to cheat. So, now, after being my highest weight ever in my life I am going back to what has worked before. Less Carbs.

Just reading what you all have written has helped me to stay focused today and choose the right things for my dinner. ;):cheer2: Not stopping at some fast food joint for something that would sabotage what progress I have made.

So again, I say thank you!!!!

JAYAGODDESS 01-15-2009 08:24 PM

Hattie - ok :drill: where are the breaks......UUUUURRRRRTTTTTttttt...wait....where is my positive troops we are here to throw you into the positive march.

Left Left Left Right Left ...
Stand up straight
Dont look at the weight
You silly goose
you will see your clothes are loose
Left Left Left Right Left ...
1 pound gone
that is more than none
you never know it could have been 1 pound and some inches
Ok ladies she gets she gets several pinches
climb the highest tower
and breathe in that :dust:

Oh my gosh...I need to tell that to myself tooo hehehehe

Neast 01-15-2009 08:35 PM

Hi guys!! I did the 2 mile WATP tape again..........for some reason it really kicked my behind tonight, maybe im just tired :D

Everyone had great answers for my question!! I always think I look good, then see pictures of me and I think how gross I look.

But, I am taking my weightloss 25 lbs at a time. I will have to lose that a little over 3 times, but I CAN do it and we all can. I will be 30 (:yikes:) in Aug and I dont want to be this large. Not to mention the affect it has on my life, I cant do alot with my daughter because I am out of breath, It affects my comfort level with my husband, because I am so paranoid about the way I look and other aspects of our marriage if you KWIM. I want to be able to live a healthy , active life and not have to take medication for high blood pressure, and have the dr tell me I am borderline diabetic. I want to move with out being achy, and my knees hurting. I want to be able to ride roller coasters with out worrying if I will have to do the "walk of shame" because I wont fit in the seat. I dont want to be a size 2, I just want to be healthy, and most importantly happy in my skin

Anyway, sorry for the novel, Im in a kind of BLAH mood tonight, great work everyone!!

Niki

JAYAGODDESS 01-15-2009 09:11 PM

Neast - I will be 38 on January 20th....:sssh: ....:faint: ok so we are going to kick you in the behind :kickbutt: you know that saying that pictures say 1000 words...well I used to say pictures of me say a lot of 1000 curse words...hahaha...no ok lets be real for a minute...we all have to work from with in ourselves to get the outer to appear WOW to us....we are our worse critics...I am raising my hand because I know I am. I just started realizing that I have to work on the inside of me, what makes me happy....say a positive phrase about yourself everyday, and keep saying until you truely believe it with in yourself. I am saying this because I just started doing this myself. It is silly at first because you are in front of a mirror fully clothed and pick something that you like about yourself. And then move on with the next thing about yourself....we have to be nice to ourselves...this is why I am treating myself to a pampering this weekend...and it is a b-day gift to me, for me, from me. Hahahahhaha....I have 2 teenagers, and I do not want to be where I am at with my weight because I want to live a long and healthy life with them. Oh, um.....well I have never been married, and I am single mom...but I do know that boyfriends, husbands tend to want you to stay the same for their own insecurities because they are afraid of losing you to someone else. Well, don't let that stop you, and keep reminding him that you are doing this for yourself, your kids, and him.

Roller coasters....ya you have fun with that one ...hahahaha.. I am afraid of heights....lol.......lmao....but I to want to be able to move and not pant when walking up the stairs....Keep your chin up ..... hang in there..we all have blah days...don't look back.....MOVE FORWARD. :):):):)

Awesome JOB on your 2 mile !!!! You go girl!!!!

Cheers~ Ok I think I wrote a bigger novel .....

Christian 01-15-2009 09:49 PM

Wow you ladies are SO motivating!!!! I just love it!!!! I will be sure to pop on in the morning first thing for personals, keep up the great work chics! :grouphug:

Lekhika 01-16-2009 05:00 AM

Good golly, good morning.

TOM...feeling icky.

weigh in is next friday and I'm feeling a little anxious about the lack of exercise. I'd just hate to step on the scale and see no change! Come what may, I WILL work out today.

back at it 01-16-2009 09:14 AM

Good morning everyone!
Sorry to say that my weight asn't changed one iota in the past week :( I have 40 days till I leave on my trip and I REALLY want to lose the last 6 (or more) by then. I just don't get in, I guess I have to change up my meal plan( meal plan is eating less) a little and see if that will help.Maybe adding more protein and less perogies will help! LOL!
Have a good day.

urockmom 01-16-2009 10:45 AM

Good morning ladies!!!!

So, I will be back later to do the personals and to provide encouragement and support but for now...its all about ME!!!! :D

This is me this morning:
 and :flow1: and :flow2: and :cb: and even this :dancer:.

Why???? Because of this :goodscale:

That's right, the scale finally moved and as of today, I have achieved my first real mini-goal...drum roll pls....20 pounds!

4 months and 20 pounds. I am so totally psyched !!! :D :D

I promised myself that I would not do measurements until I had hit 20 pounds gone, which puts me at a weight I have not seen since the 1990's (with the exception of a short stint on Adkins in 2001). This is actually less than what I weighed when I got pregnant with DD#2, who is now 11!!!!

So, in addition to the 20 pounds, I have also gotten rid of (not lost because I refuse to look or find them!): 20.75 inches!

So, since clearly this works (THANKS Hattie!!!), I am throwing this :snowball: at Christie today so she will get the last little bit done on her Valentine's challenge. :val3:

I couldn't have done it without the support of my Thanksgiving...turned Christmas Chics...turned Valentine's Challenge buddies. :grouphug:
THANK YOU!!!!

Christian 01-16-2009 11:33 AM

:woohoo: :woohoo: urockmom!!!!! :celebrate: You go girl!!!!!! I just could not be prouder!!!! :woohoo: This is what it is all about! The feel of victory and having each other to share it with :grouphug: Thanks for the snowball too sis  I got the point and I am trying hard to hit that last few pounds, I will weigh in first thing in the morning and I am sure it will be fine ;)

Lets all hear it for urockmom!!!!!! :celebrate:

And to all you other ladies...keep working at this, dont get discouraged and come here as often as you can, it makes a world of difference and I am ready to hear about all of your success ;)

Buns1973 01-16-2009 12:22 PM

Good afternoon everyone,

Everyone is doing so good! I braved the cold here in Canada and went to the gym:

20 min on the eliptical trainer
20 vigorous min on the treadmill

Hopefully I dont have to leave the house again today...-34 here overnight...brrrrrrrrr. Good luck everyone and keep up the great work!

back at it 01-16-2009 01:42 PM

urockmom~ :congrat:Congrats on your mini goal!!:bravo: You really do rock!:high:

mlholston 01-16-2009 02:15 PM

Neast…I have had MANY points of “OMG, I look like that?” But this last one, I was on myspace and was tagged in a bunch of photos from NYE……I couldn’t believe it. I know that my clothes weren’t fitting the same and I was starting to get uncomfortable again (you know that feeling when NOTHING you put on feels good, your jeans leave that ring around your stomach, and you don’t want to do anything) I knew that I had gained some weight from the last 6 months, but WOW! I guess everything looks different in the mirror; pictures just let it all hang out.

So since my boyfriend and I are doing this together, we went ahead and said screw it, and look pictures. Yup, sports bra and panties front, side, and back. It hurt to actually look at them but that way I know EXACTLY where I’m starting in this journey…..I will call them my “good bye” pictures. Im thinking about blowing the front one up life size and putting it in my room.

jello…congrats!

Ms Perception…drinking LOTS of water is SO important, I have a ton of trouble with that my self, I guess I just forget to drink? Good luck with WW!

buns…keep up the good work! I was once asked when I was due…talk about a slap in the face. But I am a very blunt person, so I turned to the guy and said “I’m sorry, I’m not pregnant, I’m just fat, thank you for noticing.” I was more pissed then hurt.

Jaya…hi! I loved your march!

urockmom….CONGRATULATIONS!

FSA…hi girlie! Sorry about your tummy….good job for working out through it.

Lekhika…Im just trying really hard to gain self control. I won’t always be 100 percent but I can get really close! For instance last night, when the girls ate burgers, nachos, and pretzels….this girl had grilled chicken and rice! GO ME!

I LOVE the biggest loser! It is seriously one of my favorite shows. I cried too when Jerry was booted….but at the same time, I think it was the best decision. He looked great now. If a 70 year old man 100lbs over weight and even passed out during the first work out can lose 80 lbs…………THEN I HAVE NO excuses.

Went to the gym at 330 this morning and did a light work out! I ran for 10 mins!!!! I know that doesn’t sound great….but I don’t run…AT ALL. So I’m proud of myself. Did the rest at 4.0 on a 5.5 incline. Hopefully I can get in a workout before work today.

You are all doing great! When you are working out, visualize yourself toning, tightening, imagine each muscle taking shape with each rep. Focus…we can do it!

mlholston 01-16-2009 02:23 PM

O yeah....
1/9 179
1/16 174.2
ya!

JAYAGODDESS 01-16-2009 03:51 PM

Lekhika - I hope your ickiness goes away..... I know how you feel I
feel the same way ... Tom - sheeshh what we all have to go through..hahaha

Back at it- you will lose weight ... just think thin... :)

urockmom - You Go girl !!!!!!!!!!!! Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee ....I am
looking forward to seeing how much weight I have lost since I started my start
weight was 245 and I know I have lost something but I want to be totally suprised
on the 14th. That is awesome... keep up the great workouts and eating right!!

Christian - Hi ....and we are ready to hear all about your successes tooo :)

Buns1973 - Wow that is too cold for me...I would still be under
my covers staying warm..hahaha... that is great you went out that shows
a lot of willpower.... :)

mlholston - I think that it is so great that you and your boyfriend are
doing this together. You have someone there and you get to tell each other
what not to eat....and be strong for each other... sometimes we get off course
on our journeys. Oh, and thank you for the compliment on my march...haha..I read after I
posted and laughed because I thought...I am a dork.. :)

Hattie22 01-16-2009 04:50 PM

Hi Everyone:wave:

First: urockmom!!!! Congrats is not even good enough to say to you!!! You did rock it!!!:congrat::cheer2::cheer3::encore::dancer::flow2:
:dance::carrot:

Second: Jaya: I loved the march!!! At first I thought you were dressing me down. Then I kept reading!!! Shows you that I was really in a negative place. Your march picked me up and made me laugh!! Thank you! You have no idea how much I needed that today!! (frustrating day at work!) So...Thank you, Thank you, and oh yeah...Thank you! :thanks:

mlholston: Great job on the loss and the chicken and rice!!! Awesome on the workout too!!! You have it all together!!

Neast: All you want is attainable!!! You are going to do it!! Now get out there and make it all happen!!

Ok all..gotta run, but I will be back..

Dh and I had a horribly unhealthy week. I was having my week of the month where I hate the world and love ice cream and all things unhealthy. Dh went down my road of destruction with me. I told him we needed to weigh-in this AM and he got a scared look on his face and said he wasn't going to because the number would be so bad. I told him regardless of gains we need to post and be accountable and he needed to "man-up" :p
We discussed the fact that we only have 4 weeks left and lots of pounds to lose and he said pitch the ice cream :D I feel hopeful that we can still make it, if we buckle down.

Hi to all the new faces!!!! :welcome:

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! for all the support and congratulations. :encore: As I said, I couldn't have done it without you guys because I totally would have given up before now.

Now, let's get back to work!!! :coach:

Neast~ Don't you just hate people sometimes? Rude. rude. rude! :p
Do not fear the elliptical. Do not fear the gym. You are on a mission and they are equipment that you bring to battle. Tools to be used by you.. for you.. you get out there and :kickbutt:

mholston~Ahhhh. Pictures? Raw pictures? I am afraid. You are brave.

Lene~Oh, those terrible, awful weeks. You were right to :rollpin: the DH and were very strong to stop the ice cream train in its tracks. You both have 4 weeks and you will do it!!

FSA~Sorry you are feeling poorly! Good for you to get your exercise in anyway. Personally, I find that it helps with TOM. I hope you are better tomorrow!

Christian~Awesome job on the exercise! I am sure that the scale will respond next week. After all, you have the snowball! :D

Lekhika~Hope you are feeling better!

Jaya~Great job on the poem!

Hattie, Buns, backatit, and all~ Everyone has been working really hard and I know that we will see results in lots of ways, from pants that are looser, to stairs that are easier to climb, to hopefully the :goodscale:! You guys just keep at it and know that we are all :cheer: for you!

:grouphug: and here's some :dust: for the weekend

Buns1973 01-17-2009 12:00 PM

Update

I am so happy that everyone is doing so well. We are going to do this!

Well, I've got my workout in for the day seeing as how our ladies gym closes at noon on Saturdays I didnt have much choice but I do enjoy getting it done early. I did the usual: 20 min on the eliptical trainer
20 min on the treadmill( walk/jog)
2 rounds on the circuit which takes about 30 min

http://tickers.TickerFactory.com/ezt...V6f/weight.png

baileyseg 01-17-2009 03:07 PM

Y'all have motivated me - I'm in!!!

Thanks for the inspiration! I am a little late, but what the heck. I am setting a goal of 5 lbs by VD.

Background - I have struggled with weight since becoming an adult, ranging from 111 (too thin) to 17? (Far too heavy). I was sitting comfortably in the high 130's, low 140's for a while, but have been slowly gaining after making some huge life changes. At the beginning of this week, I was 16? (blocked it out). I started an elimination diet four days ago to address health problems and, although it is not the point of my "diet", I have been losing quickly. I have been involved with 3fc in the past. I figured now would be a good time to jump back in. I am going to continue on the elimination diet looking for food allergies and not worrying about weight. Once it is over, however, I would love support in keeping what I may lose off and maybe losing more.

1/17/09 - 157
1/24/09 -
1/31/09
2/7/09 -
2/14/09 -

Goal - 152

keeperofthehome4 01-17-2009 03:09 PM

finally getting back to posting. Way To Go for all of those losing. I'm down 1lb this week

Christian 01-17-2009 03:21 PM

:welcome: baileyseg!! I am glad to have you join in, and dont worry, your just on time to get the results you are wanting :D

keeperofthehome- :woohoo: on that pound lost!!

jellofer2 01-17-2009 05:38 PM

:cool:ok girls!!! We will get rid of the weight and feel great. That is my new cheer this year. (I know, way too much poetry)

So, here I am at work the other day and I meet a a person who had bariatric surgery a few years ago. Lost a significant amount of weight and has a new lease on life. They no longer have diabetes or blood pressure issues. They have not quite reached their goal though. Had some trouble with their surgery and is now relying on their own willpower to continue their weight getting rid of journey. What an inspiration. :carrot:

Now, I am not advocating surgery. But, their positive outlook and strenght are so inspiring to me. :D

Add that inspiration to all of the support that is here and BAM!!!! I know that this is the last time I will get rid of the extra weight.:)

I want to say thanks for listening and thanks for all of the encouraging words. I talk about my new friends all the time now. Everytime I think about reaching for the "wrong " thing I think of this forum.

Down another 0.5 today.

 to you all!!!!

Christian 01-17-2009 08:00 PM

jellofer- I am so glad to see you lose that .5 pounds :woohoo: I also had a friend who had the surgery and she motivates me too ...I know we can all do this and I think having this forum has been a lifesaver for me too :D

mlholston 01-18-2009 04:44 AM

Hey there girls!

Just wanted to drop in and see how everyone is doing!!!

Lene....Im sure you guys are fine! I love ice cream, that is seriously one of the foods that I could NEVER give up. We try to buy the smallest kind of container they make, so that even if we have some, you really can't have that much. I weigh in on Fridays because over the weekend is when we have our little splurges but then you have the rest of the week to make up for it!!!! you guys can do it!!!!

Christian...how do you like your wii fit? I was looking at getting my boyfriend a wii for his birthday next month, but then getting the fit for me.

The pictures.....they weren't that bad.....well I mean, don't get me wrong, they were BAD. It's definitely a motivator, also at the same time, I really know now where my starting point is/was and I can't wait to be able to compare them to the thinner/healthier me!!

baliey...:wel3fc:

Didn't have the best day....not too bad though. I did have a koloche (sp?) this morning with 1/2 a cinnamon roll and some "chalk-it nilk" (compliments of my son) But again, this is why I weigh on Fridays! No big. Took measurements today...WOW! Again...starting point!!! Hope everyone has a wonderful Sunday!

urockmom 01-18-2009 09:52 AM

Hi everyone!

:bravo: keeperofthehome! Awesome job on that pound!!!

:high: jellofer2 on keeping the positive attitude & on the 0.5 pounds! Did you direct your friend to 3FC? I think there is a forum for those that have had the surgery.

:welcome3: baileyseg! We're :) to have you on the journey with us! 5 pounds by :val1: day seems totally doable. (Of course, I'd totally like to do it too!!;))

Buns~:cheer: for getting those workouts in! You are being really dedicated and I'm sure it will payoff!

We are having yet another :coolsnow: day here today so I am probably going to get on the elliptical later. to all!

back at it 01-18-2009 12:08 PM

5 LBS left!

You know, the sad thing is that I'll get to 135 lbs and I'll still think I'm fat...or out of shape. Seems that nothing is working on getting a flatter tummy, does anyone have any suggetions as to how to flatten the tummy???? I do lots of crunches and it doesn't seem to do anything :( Just recently I started working on the ball for this also and I just don't seen to see any difference.

Right now I'm 140 LBS, and my belly is 37" and my waist is 33", that just seems wrong considering I'm 5"7", I really want to concentrate on that area for the next couple weeks.... HELP!!!!

urockmom 01-18-2009 01:09 PM

Oh, backatit, the dreaded, sad belly.....

Unfortunately, the only thing that really works is a combination of ab work (crunches, esp. obliques) and cardio. :(

We women cling to that belly fat like it is the last ice cream bar on the truck.

It is a direct reflection of your BMI. So, to really get at it you have to reduce your BMI. And to do that, esp. once you have reached your goal weight, you have to trade your fat for muscle. :strong:

backatit....hey there girlie. So I'm actually reading this book "Making the Cut," by Jillian Michaels (Biggest Loser)... I really think that it might help you. It has a exact plan of workouts and eating, we're talking day by day for 30 days. It was designed for people that are serious about losing that last 10-20lbs of weight. The thing is, "it is physiologically impossible to spot-reduce fat. Fat is systematically across the body, according to patterers established by your individual unique genetics. Target exercising to one region of the body or another won't make fat disappear from the particular region of the body. In fact, it can be counter productive and create the exact opposite of your desired effect. If you do tones of crunches in attempt to flatten your tummy, you can actually build muscle mass underneath the fat, making you "problem area" look bigger. The only way to flatten that tummy is to shed body fat."

The only advise that I give to you is that you might take a little closer look at your diet and find out how your body metabolizes the food that your eating, so that you can eat for you're type. Many times, weight that stays right there in you belly area (man I hate the word belly) is because your body is holding on to it. You might not be eating enough or at least not frequently enough. You should be eating EVERY 3-4 hours and alternating 300 cal meals and 100cal snacks.

OK OK OK I'm sorry, I got carried away....I've been consuming myself in reading about the way our bodies work lately....Just some ideas!

I know you can do it! Just keep up the hard work! You are doing great!!!

EVERYONE....GOOD LUCK THIS WEEK! WE ARE BEAUTIFUL, AMAZING, HARDWORKING, STONG WOMEN (AND DH).....WE'VE GOT THIS!

Wow, Christian you are kicking some wii fit butt! I haven't been on mine in a while. I love my treadmill and "The Beast" (elliptical) I am trying to love.

I think hormones are a bit confused lately. I felt down on Saturday for no particular reason and totally unmotivated to do anything. Then I saw TOM (only a little) for the first time in three months. Sunday I felt better and was more motivated. I am just pushing through it. I did lose another pound so that makes 2 of my 10 goal. I don't think that I will make the 10, but that is ok. As long as it goes down, I am happy. Is everybody NOT eating peanut butter right now? I have a jar of natural Peanut Butter and am not sure whether I should throw it out.

I might try and go out today and see if I can get a smaller pair of pants for work. Then again...I might talk myself into staying home and reading. NO..I really have to go out. This is what I have been doing to myself all weekend! AAAGGGHHH! Ok...talk to you all later...

FullSteamAhead 01-19-2009 09:44 AM

Good morning girlsssss, hope you all ha d a great weekend.

Things are going good here, I will be back soon to give you an update andmore info on my plan, etc. and to do personals.

Hattie? I can always tell when TOM is coming from a few days to several days before based on my emotions alone! My hormones do jumping jacks some months and I will get down for no reason, tearful, etc. (like happened this month) but then as soon as TOM comes, it goes away (it is only prior to tom). It is an awful terrible feeling though! If it is still lingering with you , it will pass....hang in there. Hattie, good idea gettingout for a bit. Definitely go my lady, buying those new smaller pants and getting out a bit will give a lift....speaking of which, I have been in a lot again and should get my tail out for a bit too! lol : ) wtg on another lb. lost.

Ladies, I have much more to tell you and catch up on but I will be back soon. Mads, I love the new pick you put up. Girls congrats on the weight loss and hard work...hope you all had a great weekend. Talk soon

Neast~ :kickbutt: As requested!

Everyone else~Well, I am trapped in the house for the 3rd straight day.

DD#2 has been running a fever, DH & DD#1 were away all weekend at a volleyball tournament, and now my truck in being serviced. We have gotten 16 inches of snow over that period and I will be spending my day shoveling out my mailbox, back door, trash cans, etc., knocking snow & icicles off the roof, stocking wood for fire, and generally digging out. TOM hit yesterday and I am going completely crazy :dizzy: with cabin fever. OH, and DH left this morning for Miami!!!! :beach:

Today would be THE perfect day to ski but I can't because a) I can't get there, b) DD#2 is still sick, and c)DD#1 has mid-terms starting tomorrow so she has to stay home and study.

OK, that's it. Just a little whine-fest. I don't know if I am going to get in any regular exercise as I am on snow patrol. Think I'll look up how many calories that burns.

Hope everyone has a good day!!!

Neast- You are worth this....dont forget it, you have made a commitment to yourself sis, and dont let yourself back down, you keep your word to everyone else dont you??? Then keep it to you, you are such a sweetheart and I know you will pull yourself out of this ;)

Hattie- I love that you call the elliptical the beast  Cause it sure is one!

Madi- Your son is a doll  I LOVE the wii fit!!! You will love it too, I cant hardly make myself quit and that is a new experience for me

backatit- I had the same problem before I did the Micheal Thurman plan, it really is about reducing the bodyfat by eating as clean as possible, I couldnt get the results I wanted with crunches, I got it by eating ....sounds strange huh?? But the truth is in the pant size and I went from a 14 to a 11-12, and only weigh 10 pounds less, and used to be a 14 at 156...so the diet really is 80% of the body fat loss for me.

urockmom- I want a snow day :( I havent had but 1/4 inch of snow all year, and I just LOVE it, not ice mind you, but I love the look of snow
Oh and being on snow patrol is exercise for sure! Be sure to count those minutes ;) Also saying a prayer for DD#2 to feel better....enjoy your time with them

Well I already got in my 45 minutes on the wii fit and now I am off to mop and sweep, then rearrange the house a litttle, I am in the mood to get rid of lots of unnessesary items, and bless someone else with them that may actually use them...so after a huge clean sweep this week, it is off to the mission ;) Have a great day ladies!!!
