Hey can I join? I have recently recommitted to weight loss. My whole life is up in the air (literally, I don't even have a home right now, not broke, just no home) so I need some stability, and control. It might was well be my diet and exercise.

I'm not really due to visit the scale til Wednesday but I just bought a dress for xmas. (The first dress I'll have worn since first school) So that is some inspiration. I'm looking forward to it, get the feeling I may drop some weight this week

I ate on plan, i excersized like normal and the scale went up. Maybe it's TOM weigh finally kicking in or the fact that i never slept last nite. Was up till 430 am and hopping out of bed at 9 am this morning.. and i dont know why! Who knows. I gues i will just have to step in gear today and work my butt off! my goal is 2 hours of exercise today!
Julie: hahha ' who knows' is the story of our lives, eh? hehe I will blame it on sleep just because I can. lol ill save the who knows for tomorrow when i dont have an excuse hahaha

Well it didn't go up again but it hasn't gone down in 2 weeks. Im hoping its TOM and the fact that I just started working out this past week thats keeping it at 144 but "who knows"

Well.. when I am doing everything right and the scale doesn't move I just keep telling myself... well there will be a WOOSH of weightloss soon! It helps me from being let down lol

GW: 189
I don't think exercise is happening tonight, since it hurts to swallow. My body needs REST, then I should bounce back in a couple days. Hope everyone else is in better shape than I am health-wise!!
