I'm down this week, and it's exciting, cause it is the first week back. Here's to everyone having many more.
So yeah, I would have reported in earlier - but I was dancing all over the place today. Hells yeah! Is it a fluke? Maybe, possibly, probably. My heart won't break if it's back up tomorrow, I'm almost there.
The next time I'm dead stuck for 3 weeks, someone slap my wrist and remind me I get crazy whooshes afterward.

I did two hours of working out today... one including TRYING to learn Beyonce's single ladies dance routine. That was a sweat storm of arms and legs going every which way! but it was fun! hehe

i keep forgetting to weigh in more often but i will weigh in in the morning. i think these small challenges are just what i needed i have been OP since Thursday. for me this is a major milestone.
Congratulations FB! Your in the 150's-woohoo. I am looking forward to just having a goal weight in the 150s!
I am back from my party weekend in Denver. I tried to be careful so thank goodness the weight gain wasn't too bad. I found it was amazing how many calories I consumed even when I was turning down stuff left and right. Anyway, I am ready to lose some weight now!
congrats FB on making it into the 150's!! Way to go!! Okay...i tried to be good this weekend but don't think i did an awfully good job of being good or bad. But anyways, i did get on the scale this morning and it said 158. Now...unfortunatly i had already had some coffee and a shower when i weighed...but oh well..so...

So, today, i finally got off my butt and made myself an eggwhite omelet with fat free cheese and chopped ham peices. I am sitting here with my coffee and water bottle...taking turns drinking out of them. I do have chicken salad for lunch today but i also have my low-cal yogurt and my apple for snacks and also one serving of animal cookies as a snack after my sandwich (I know..it's not a great lunch item but at least i did measure them out and it's only 120 cal.) Dinner will probably be a broiled pork chop and some turnips. And lots and lots of water today.
Dont know about excersize. I gotta go pick up my bf at lunch so that will take my whole lunch break. When i get home it will be dark and time to start dinner. So, not seeing much chance for excersize.
Oh...and hey mothermavis. So glad to see you still here!!! Always good to see a familiar "face" but looking forward to everyone else becoming familiar "faces" too!! lol.
