Yay, I finally hit 146 "officially" - the other time (Nov. 16) was on my mother's scale. It's perfect timing too (with Thanksgiving), because I'm the type that eats better after a good weigh in, and gets lazier about eating after a higher weigh in. It's funny how we're all different, because I've seen people post that they have the opposite problem - they eat worse after a good weigh in, but work harder after a higher one.
