Reda - I do it everyday - 5 times a week. Before I started, I was going to the gym 5 days a week so it seemed silly to cut down on my exercise time.

I am doing it as the website says, but am adding other exercise on the off days. Today I am doing Linedancing for 2 hrs, kickboxing, and the d2w2 of the c25k.

It is all up to how much you have been doing, and how much you can do without getting burnt out

Okay another day down. I won't be able to run tomorrow because of Halloween activities but I did 4 times this week so I am pleased.

I"m doing it just the three days a week like it says --- i'm also doing 30day shred and the biggest loser workout 1 ---so it would be kind of insane to do it everyday for me too -- i'm just following the website and i did my run/walk segments at home by running/walking back and forth and in place as well --

Well... I didnt do it today. I plan onmaking it up tomorrow. I just need to remember that one day missed doesnt ruin the program. Just keep going. I can do it.

I did walk 3.45 miles and did a 2 hr line dancing class. So much fun!

Well just want to say thanks everyone for letting me know what you are doing. I think this week I will stick to the 3 days but I am doing some type of other exercise on days off.

So today was week 1 day 2 C5K, had same stats as two days ago, I will only be walking outside the next 3 days as we are leaving in the morning for a weekend getaway!!!! So my plan is to get up early while everyone else sleeps in and at least walk outside for 30 min or maybe I will download podcast on my MP3 player and do that....

Well I will check back in Sunday night when we get back to town unless it is to late then I will update on Monday

Happy Halloween!

Just checking in. I finished day 3 of week 1 this morning, hurray! It feels good to have one week down, and I'm looking forward to week 2. I increased my run/jog speed to 6mph, but kept the walking at 4mph. Don't know if I can keep it up next week, but I'll give it a try. I'm just doing the C25K 3 days a week and 30DS on off days. I'm also adding a 7 minute Ab's video, three times a week. But I take the weekends off.

doing day 2 tonight -- so much to do--- i'll be lucky if i can get anything done today--- halloween--- its cutting into my workout routine--



well got the rest of my workouts in and then decided to take a break before doing this running/walking thing but realized its around 1 am and i'm like ya i really should stop now- and let it go until the morning--- so i'm going to have to do it tomorrow first thing as soon as i get up===

anyway went out trick or treating with the baby for 90 min and walked the whole time and even did some power walking in there -- so at least i still got a work out so i'm not tottally hating myself over it -- came home popped in the 30 day shred did it took a little break and gave baby his bath and then did the biggest loser workout and then took the break to come on here and then realized it was this late--- so oh well --- i' guess i'm just a little bit behind-- i'm considering doubling up on this tomorrow or doing it tomorrow and sunday so that come monday i will be back on schedule with it and doing week 2 ---

I was so tired yesterday that I did not do my day three as originally planned but as soon as I shake out a few more cobwebs here I'll do it this morning. My plan is M,W,F mornings before work (but the odd Saturday works too).

I'll start the week two thread on Monday morning? How does that sound??

I am going to do another day of week 2 today and then move on to week 3 on Monday. If its too tough then I might do another day of week 2 (since I skipped week 1 and will only have done 2 days of week 2) but I dont think that will be the case. So far Im not struggleing that much to do these runs. I am going to try to kick up the speed a notch and see how that works.

sounds like a plan gatorgirl--- for me i'll just stick to the plan and see how it goes== besides i'd rather it start easy anyway since i'm throwing it in with my other workouts ---

so off to do day 3 of week one and will be good to go with week 2 with some of you=-=-=


nope didnt get day 3 done yesterday---but i just did it now i'm ready for week 2=== oh and for part of it i even did it while carrying the baby--- he started crying and rather than stopping to quiet him down i just picked him up and continued my walking and jogging--

Hello All!! Well got back from our weekend get away! Had a blast, however I ate and drank way to much but back on track tomorrow I will also do Week 1 day 3 tomorrow as well, I did do some walking over the weekend but did not do any jogging. I will have to update my ticker for Thanksgiving Exercise Challenge.

Hope everyone had a super Halloween! And can you believe it is already November???
