Well just want to say thanks everyone for letting me know what you are doing. I think this week I will stick to the 3 days but I am doing some type of other exercise on days off.
So today was week 1 day 2 C5K, had same stats as two days ago, I will only be walking outside the next 3 days as we are leaving in the morning for a weekend getaway!!!! So my plan is to get up early while everyone else sleeps in and at least walk outside for 30 min or maybe I will download podcast on my MP3 player and do that....
Well I will check back in Sunday night when we get back to town unless it is to late then I will update on Monday
