I plan to start on a Monday Wednesday and Friday training schedule. I will be doing most of my "runs" in the morning before work on my treadmill at home (except for today which I will do when I get home). It would be fun to have others in with me so that we can encourage each other through this
What do you think??? Any takers? Or shall I just post my progress here and have others egg me on to keep up the work? I really need to get on a structured exercise routine that pushes me and is intensive enough to burn fat and calories. Before I gained back my loss from before I did a fair bit of running and found it excellent for buring calories. Back at it I go!
I will be using the treadmill (especially now that we are into fall and then winter is coming - I'm not keen on running on snow or ice!)
