Thanks, faux! It's TOM, so I'm not too concerned, but honestly! I better get a serious whoosh soon. At this point I'm averaging like fractions of pounds lost each week. Then again, I've only been REALLY OP for like a week, and I picked the wrong week! And then I'm going out of town this weekend, so it might be a while before the scale is my friend again.
It's a big day for me, ladies: I finally got below 165. I was 165 on the nose when I started 3FC about 3 weeks ago and that was the lowest I'd been since I moved to Korea in August. Then I gained a couple lbs and kind of yo-yo'd between that and 165 for a month.
I have a manual scale that's in kilograms so there's very little change with the needle--but this one was DEFINITELY below 75 kg (165 lbs)... albeit the tiniest smidgeon, so I guesstimated it at 74.75 as it wasn't exactly on 74.5 either.
And I can thank Jillian Michaels and her 30 Day Shred, even though I'm only on Day 3. Others are finding it hard to lose weight with it but I'm guessing because I've been close to a couch potato, save a bit of walking/hiking, that a workout like this is definitely messing with my fat storage. Thanks, Jill! I feel like I'm on the Biggest Loser!
So I am down from 155.6 yesterday but no where near where I started this challenge at. Sucks. I did get my TOM yesterday but I don't usually gain this much with it so who knows whats going on with me.
OK- so yesterday I was up over start because of bad food choices the night before. So I was going to post after WO. Well, it was the afternoon, and even though I actually saw a 190.8, decided to wait until this AM to weigh as usual. Was OP for food yesterday, but this morning......scale back up from low yesterday. Will check again tomorrow..........
