I'm wondering if I should see a doctor about this weightloss thing. I've lost 22.5 pounds in 23 days, and the weirdest thing is that there was a 10 day plateau. I've lost 7 lbs in the last week, and I'm not even exercising.

Quillie....my tattoo is on my foot of 3 flowers and it has some swirly stuff. I have 3 kids so I have 2 blue flowers for my boys and a pink one for my girl. I will have to take a picture...
Not far away now! I keep waking up in the morning and jumping on the scales, expecting them to have stopped or gone in the opposite direction, but not so! Maybe my changed eating and exercising habits are catching up with me. How exciting!
I am joining a little late, gonna weigh in tomorrow morning, was 195 last I checked, I need to lose! Gotta kick my own butt into action. Good luck all.

I actually put on a quarter lbs today, but I went out with friends yesterday and ate the most delicious pasta in a restaurant, and there was lots of wine. So I'm not complaining, also exams are finally over and I'm job hunting today. Let's hope I land something that requires a lot of moving around.

Not a lot today. but considering the amount of sodium I had yesterday, any loss is welcome!
From Saturday to Tuesday - over a holiday weekend and with a trip to the VT state fair thrown in, I lost more weight than I did in the whole last challenge that was almost 2 weeks long. Perhaps, I am finally emerging from my dark cloud plateau.
