Hello ladies!! I feel like I have been gone forever! I have missed you guys. A lot has been going on let me share some stuff with you guys.

I went to MS this weekend to spend some time with my family and friends without my kids and husband well as some of you know there was quite the storm brewing in the gulf. I had to evacuate today. The normal 6 hour drive took me 10 loooonnnggg hours. The kicker was I have no AC in the car. I was so freakin hot. I probably sweated out some weight today So that was fun!

Another thing is I had a tattoo on my right foot...I added to it sooooo that means I can't put shoes on to do a workout for like 2 weeks! Oh well.

I ate so much this weekend...we went to the casinos and had buffets! Yum!
