Melissa, you should be so proud of where you are. I'm especially jealous of week 3 of the C25K. AND good luck with the meal planning. Let us know how that goes. I'm interested to see how a long term (13weeks!) plan works for you. You go Girl!!
Aww, Enygirl you poor Lamb!Sorry to hear you're feeling so down. I think I just came off of a week like that, so I can totally relate

. I think you need some NAPS! Can you call in sick and sleep a day? Melissa is right about the walking too; that always really helps me if I can make myself do it....
Soo, my progress from yesterday is:
Gym-- Check

, 30 mins. elliptical (slow though-- first day back's a bear);
Calorie counting-- Check

, kept it within my limit too (still need to enter it on my blog though)
Grocery shoping--Check

, (although OUCH! food is so expensive now!)
2nd workout with the Wii/balance ball, nope-- too tired.
Today should be more of the same.
