and you'll see results! Personally I did 60 min of workout today. First 10 minutes of crunches, managed to do 250.. Then I jumped rope for 50 minutes!!! I had maybe a total of 10 minutes breaks in between. But anyway, 50 minutes jumping in total is a personal record for me
, have done 45 before. And I wasn't even dying, could do more.. Just didn't want to go to hard, If so I couldn't walk tomorrow.. My weigh was still at 137 this morning, hoping for a better result tomorrow.

I ACTUALLY BROKE THE #186's and was #185.6 this morning!
#170's HERE I COME!!! I'm upping the water BIG time! and eating better things for me. I know that it's not just how many calories, but where they're coming from too! I did do the 30 day shred last night, but I did the modified moves on the ones that strain my hips... and I did a 15 min stretch video before hand that helped a TON!
Oh well - i have to suck it up, push through it - and give it my all!!!!!
