I had a horrid day yesterday.. didn't do anything but snarl on the couch ( long distance relationships are NO FUN!) But I didn't binge even though I was VERY tempted. I may not have moed my body but at lest my eating stayed on plan. I feel good today.. so i'm back on track.My body needed a rest anyway..

I slept in late today, so my weigh in was a couple hours later than usual.. hopefully that wont mess up my weigh in tomorrow

Keep trucking kofarg.. you're so close... you can dooo eeeettttt!! hehe

UGH. TOM and crazy weather changes and too many late-night parties.

I have a goal of getting into this dress for my friend's goodbye party, though. It's American Apparel, so it's not very forgiving. It'll probably look good at around 180. The party is on the 28th, so wish me luck!
