
I forgot all about totalling my miles for last week and logging it on. But I met my goal for the week of 10 miles, and actually got in 15 miles. So I am up to 32.15mi/50 done. I'm over halfway there.
I forgot to wear my pedometer and do my exercises today, so that isn't starting the week very well. I'll have to pick up the pace tomorrow so that I meet my 10 mile goal for the week.
Hop on in Brook. Every little bit helps, and you still have 3 weeks to get in a pretty decent goal, and you might just make it to 50miles.
