Bleh! So according to my official weigh in day maybe I shoulda left the number 12 challenge going.
Up two pounds from yesterday! Geez I wish it would settle down. Part of the up is yesterday's eating choices, though of course not all of it because I would have had to eat about 10,000 calories yesterday to gain it all in fat. Some of my mini binge was salty, so I guess it's partly water weight again! Argh.
Since we're talking weekend plans, I have a big Beginning of Summer Party I'm going to tomorrow that I wanted to look good for - so I slept with a head full of blues and pinks to spruce up my hair (it had faded a lot from how I look in my avatar). So a bit of the weight gain is actually just that my hair is wet!
My Sunday plans are far less glamorous, but more helpful for weight loss - I'm helping a friend move. I'm gonna try to focus on cardio today instead of muscle building so I'm not too sore to help heft boxes all day Sunday.
Oh and I forgot to mention, exercise is easier again between the heatwave breaking and the air conditioning being fixed (we hope! hard to tell yet). I'm still gonna walk up to the gym about a mile from me though, and check em out.
