Bleh! So according to my official weigh in day maybe I shoulda left the number 12 challenge going. Up two pounds from yesterday! Geez I wish it would settle down. Part of the up is yesterday's eating choices, though of course not all of it because I would have had to eat about 10,000 calories yesterday to gain it all in fat. Some of my mini binge was salty, so I guess it's partly water weight again! Argh.

Since we're talking weekend plans, I have a big Beginning of Summer Party I'm going to tomorrow that I wanted to look good for - so I slept with a head full of blues and pinks to spruce up my hair (it had faded a lot from how I look in my avatar). So a bit of the weight gain is actually just that my hair is wet!

My Sunday plans are far less glamorous, but more helpful for weight loss - I'm helping a friend move. I'm gonna try to focus on cardio today instead of muscle building so I'm not too sore to help heft boxes all day Sunday.

Oh and I forgot to mention, exercise is easier again between the heatwave breaking and the air conditioning being fixed (we hope! hard to tell yet). I'm still gonna walk up to the gym about a mile from me though, and check em out.

Thanks for all the nice things said, peeps, but I am really in a ROTTEN way now! I'm in"I can't stand anyone especially myself" mode.. grr.
Hark - do I hear PMS talking??

I stepped on the darn scale just for the heck of it - middle of the day <read: BAAAAAAD IDEA> and it says 158.2 - - - WTH?!?!?

Angry and irritable. I can't wait for the weekend to be over and get back to my work. I live for sundays (weekday here...)

chin up kitty cat things can only get better.... i think i am PMSING.. i want to eat every carb in sight. all i can think about is KFC. im almost drooling at the thought of it. im keeping myself busy though, done 3 loads of laundry, written half an essay and now im doing the dishes

I'm sitting at 216.

I finally got the results of my dog's surgery. The vet removed two level one sarcomas which are cancerous, but she thinks she got it all. She did say that we might consider radiation for him, but our other option is to keep an eye on it and remove it again if it comes back. So, I feel better knowing what it is. Now if I can just keep him from chewing open his sutures.

The problem we have is that we got all our pets within a couple of years of each other. So for a long time we had a house full of puppies and kittens, which was fun. But now we have old dogs and cats and that's scary. A couple of years ago we lost 4 cats in the course of 6 months! That was awful.

Anyway, I am getting myself back in gear.

Congratulations on all the whooshing going on around here! That's awesome!

And for those of you not whooshing; hang in there. It will come.

Darby - I'm glad your furry kid is ok. My dog had neurofibrosarcoma, did you doc mention what type of sarcoma your doggie had? We chose the watch and see path, too.

Hey girls. Hope everyone is in good spirits and avoiding KFC and other icky foods!!

I'm at 215.4 this morning but I'm nearly certain this will go up tomorrow as I'm feeling a little dehydrated today. Still nice to see - haven't been in the teens in a long time!
