I hear ya on the no sleep...I hardly ever get enough sleep on the weekdays. I don't dare take anything or I would would get up in the morning.

I was 200 this morning, after my 4 pound drop in one day, I expected a little bit of backlash, but hope to see ONEderland again tomorrow. I always lose weight this way, kind of flirting with the next lower increment. It is kind of fun to find yourself "in" it more and more often, until you don't even remember being out of it.
I don't understand my scale. BUT I think I'm at 282 right now. I steped on it like 5 different times and it was different each time.. ranging from 278-285. What does it all mean? I need to figure outwhere to place my feet to get the exact right weight!
Anyway..

goal: 280

Eh not really per se. I've been going to therapy once-twice a month (binge eater right here) which isn't cheap. I kinda consider this my reward/motivation. I do think my toes need a pedicure once I hit 225 though :-) How do you treat yourself?

I've just recently gotten into this goal stuff. And i'm liking it! When I first started into the healthy lifestyle stuff, I said as long as I don't gain and feel healthy that's all the matters.. but I quickly learned that motivation REALLY helps!
What kinds of mini goals/rewards do you guys have? Every ten pounds? I have about 100 left to lose.. I think ten rewards ( pedis, manis, funevent on the weekend, something ) is alright? What do youguys think??
