I'm still up I was a little surprised because I gained yesterday even though I did good. Must still be Friday's pig out creeping back up on me. I wanted to start this next 5 pound challenge out of the 230's but I guess i will have to save that for next time.
I joined TBL as well. I haven't made it over to see what team I'm on yet.
Start weight 230.6
Goal 225.6

Alright, I stayed the same. And I'm ok with that. But today I start working out. One way or another, I need to get back into regular exercise. Anyone have any tips to stay motivated with working out?
Losing4another-I have a terrible time with counting calories (or points-I've done WW a few times). I can do it for a month or so, no problem, but then I get kind of nuts. I don't eat a lot of processed foods, so I have to guesstimate calories. A few years ago I lost 20 lbs. in only 2 months by putting all my calories in fitday, but because I found it to be such a pain, I ate the same thing every single day. And I panic if I eat out and can't figure out the calories! I know it sounds stupid, but it really does make me a little nuts.

For me staying motivated means trying many new things. I get burned out and stop if I do the same thing over and over again. I do walk nearly every day but that's for the dogs, and with a mastiff and pit bull mix the walks are never dull!! When I do my personal workouts I've been mixing it up between tennis, yoga, just hitting the machines at the gym, starting to jog a bit, and trying a spinning class tomorrow. You also just have to remember how awesome you feel after finishing a workout! Good luck.
