GACK been gone almost all month, been really busy. i just got back from down town, i went to an event for four days. ive been super lazy this month so im gonna really kick it into gear this up coming month.
im super sore today from the events tho, i was on my feet from 10am - 1am with short breaks and a 2 hour nap middle of the day. i ate ok... my break fast was bad, but i just snacked during the day, tuna and crackers, and lots of water. i also got coffee for the first time in i think.. a year? i dont normally drink espresso, only teas.
