December Exercise Challenge!
Hey all! My goal for this month is 600 mins. I decided to keep it simple since I'm going to be moving and all, getting to know a new place. Welcome back regulars and hello newbies! :)

My goal is 700 minutes this month. Good luck to everyone.

I haven't even counted how many minutesi did last month, but this forum is the best way for me to keep track of how much I am moving (and not moving). I am going for 1000 mins

I'm going for the first 4 weeks and 2 days of my 5K training. It starts today. I'm going to do this!!! WOO HOO!!! :) I'll keep you all posted.

12/2 - I just finished Day 1, week 1. I'm proud - my first 5K walk in 58 mins.

I think this is just what I need to keep me accountable...I'm gonna aim for 800 minutes.

Mine is more lower body and abs
I want to work more on my lower body and abs. It really isn't about minutes per se, just about increasing the ability to tighten those areas.
I have the aerobic down pat. Now, to get rid of the jelly roll below my belt.;) |

Day 2 is complete... well I'm going to do some arms stuff tonight w/ the resistance band. But I completed my walk today.. and let me tell you the wind was KILLER!

Do you realize that it's 24 degrees where I am??? I finished my walk today.. did over a 1/2 mile in 10 mins. I'm proud. I'm hoping that I will lose #1.5-#2 this week... I'm just not feeling it this week though. ugh.

Apparently I missed posting the last few days! :) the 7th I did my 5's :yay: those are hard - but I'm hoping they get easier over time.
The 8th was a rest day yesterday - I did the 5K walk - I don't remember my time - but I'll update you all after tonight's 20's :) |
Did my 20's earlier and now I'm going to do the Slim in 6 - I need the extra. My time from yesterday was 58 mins. It's amazing how much difference the bone-chilling wind makes on my times!

Alright girls.. I dropped off a few days - but I'm back in full swing! It was a really rough couple of weeks :(
so here's what's been happening: 12/11-1215 Thought I was pregnant - turned out I'm not.. BFF went in the hospital... REALLY BAD WEEK!!! I didn't do any exercise at all!!!!!! (and btw - gained a pound because of it!) 12/16 - Slim in 6 - Week 1, day 1. I've gone back to it. It's just toooo cold outside for me to go out everyday - not to mention the 6+ inches of snow right now. I'm still going to do at least a 5K walk once a week. Probably on Saturdays 12/17 - SI6- W1,D2 12/18 - SI6- W1,D3 |
